Great hotel, great staff, very convenient (right across the street at the Radisson Blu) from the last SAS flybussen (airport bus), good sized room, very good price - and great if travelling with pets. Great location as well - about 500 meters to the Royal Palace, Historical Museum, National Gallery and National Theatre. Will be staying here again when back in Oslo!

Friendly personnel, comfortable room, great location (5 min to royal palace, 15 min to central rail station, tram stop nearby), very delicious breakfasts and modest price.

There is no soap in bathroom despite the fact that there was shampoo and body lotion. But I can deal with this problem. Trams are little noisy, but acceptable - I slept all the night.

Location is very good. Staff and service excellent. Can also recommend the breakfast which was rich and very tasty.

Excellent TV, but it would be nice to have a wider choice in English-language news & documentary programs. BBC World was the only option here, as far as I could tell. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Very central, practical location.

Some noise from the street--esp. the trams, and occasional loud voices & music during the wee hours, even though early Mon. morning. Some dust, crumbs on the sofa nearest the TV.

The room was more a room for one person than for two. The heating in the room did not function, bathroom very small, but heating fine. On account of the slanted roof you easily bumped into the beams when getting in and out of bed.

Very central location-- within walking distance to the Royal Palace and other Oslo sights. Also convenient to tram to the Central Station and right across the street from the airport bus. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The location was brilliant, 20 minutes walk to the train station, only 5 minutes to the Royal Palace, almost in the heart of the city. Also we asked for a quiet room which we got as our window was facing the yard. The breakfast was excellent: a choice of hot and cold platters, full English Breakfast, Croissants, Fruits, Yoghurts, Cereals, Ham, Cheese, Fish, Smoked Salmon, Juice, Tea, Coffee!! Excellent!

For a 4 star hotel, there was no bath only a shower. The room was a bit small and the hotel looked like more a 2 or 3 star. No sauna, no swimming pool, nothing really amazing. However Oslo is a very expensive city, €4.5 for a bus fare, €5 for a coffee, €12 for a Big Mac Meal in Mc Donalds!!!! Unbelievable... So I would say the price was dear for a night, €120 but thats the way it is in Oslo...

The hotel is nothing luxurious. However, it offers good value for money. It was clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent offering from salmon to waffles. Originally I thought it to be expensive but it was probably the cheapest in the city (not being a hostel) and considering the city's prices, I would now probably rate it as "non expensive" (130€ / night/ 1 room/ 2 beds).

The traffic outside goes one for a little while and might be disturbing. Nothing serious though. Slept all the night through...

Flott frokost med meget hyggelige frokostverter, gode senger & i det hele tatt imøyekommende personale! Hadde opprinnelig booket på et annet hotell, men de slettet min ordre(?!!) Er nå veldig glad for at jeg slapp å bo der, men fikk komme til Holberg i stedet!

Kundebehandlingen hos Best Western Kampen Apartment Hotel. Dette er en plass jeg aldri kommer til å anbefale!!!

Fint stort rom og romslig bad. Nydelig frokost.
