Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms. The warm dishes at the breakfast buffet was empty 30 min befor the breakfast ended. It was not filled again. The city tram outside made quite a bit of noise. |

It was a nice hotel. Everything was made with good taste. I especially value that the hotel was not filled with perfumes, as I am allergic to them. In this respect this hotel was one of the best I have visited. |

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was great, with nice variety of food perhaps a bit too noisy in the front rooms - trams and people returning from pubs/club late at night |

The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of everything! The room was cosy and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the noisy tramline which was just outside, so it took quite time to fall asleep. |

The room was well appointed and very clean, it was a quiet location but close to all the major sights. The breakfast was good with a large choice and plenty of everything. Staff friendly and helpful - would stay there again. |

Very comfortable, good service. Very nice location. The cleaners did not replenish tea or used cups in the room. It was also a bit pricey. But these are minor quibbles. |

wonderful front desk staff. breakfast has a space for improvement. bathroom needs improvement, particularly the tab handling was quite difficult due to the glass shower separation. |

The first room I was shown was dark and gloomy, and when I asked to change to one on the street side, there was a great improvement (though the newer room was very small). is only one lift which meant a lot of waiting. |

We stayed in comfortable rooms. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was OK. Only lack: no restaurant service in the hotel, although just outside the hotel there are plenty of them. |

Good hotel in a great location. Close to Slottspaken, trams run past and you can catch the airport bus from over the road. Metro and train station less than ten minutes walk away. Free WIFI for guests too. |

The coffee was good. Staff were helpful. on Sunday pm/eve there was no bar. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you had to go to the ground floor each time - on Sunday it was not working as it needed cleaning which is done by the barman. there is only one lift. Very noisy (both the plumbing) and external noise fromthe trams etc. |
