The location is excellent, especially for the Opera, shopping and trainstation. It was a bit cold in the room, but it was unusually cold in Oslo at the time. |

Nice intimate atmosphere. Lobby area clean cosy and warm. A very nice and personable barman. A well appointed room even though it was a bit on the small side (room 301)! |

The staff were accomodating and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to check in early,which greatly facilitated our day. |

central location, very close to the train station. Staff were polite and helpful. Wi-Fi signal is terrible, as is the TV reception/choice. |

Proximity to train station. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. Trying to get to the room was tricky. The hotel looks like they have renovated many times over the years, and it was a long way up and down stairs to get to the room. |

The staff tried to provide the best available room for me. The breakfast was very good The receptionists was not helpful in explaining the address for the city sightseeing bus and I missed the bus because of her negligence. |

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast set up and choice was very good. The television location could have been a little better. |

De gode sengene, føner på badet, den lille sitte gruppa og den gode plassen på rommet. Frokostsalen var litt liten. (Men frokosten var god) Og så savnet vi dimming på taklysene for de var litt vel skape. |

Prima voor één nacht, wel kleine kamer. Jammer dat het restaurant gesloten was, had niet zoveel zin meer om nog de straat op te gaan op zoek naar een restaurant. |

Centraal gelegen, tegenover station. Ontbijt was naar behoren. Goede klachtenafhandeling, zie hieronder. Van de eerste kamer die mij werd toegewezen was de badkamer niet schoongemaakt. Na reclamatie kreeg ik zonder problemen een andere kamer die wel schoon was. |

ubicacion ha sido una experiencia muy muy negativa...el personal es muy frio y distante y el trato,q hemos recibido fue fatal... nos dieron la peor habitacion de las q habian, con escaleras. y no es nada barato! por el precio q tiene es mejor elegir el otro hotel. |
