The staff tried to provide the best available room for me. The breakfast was very good The receptionists was not helpful in explaining the address for the city sightseeing bus and I missed the bus because of her negligence. |

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast set up and choice was very good. The television location could have been a little better. |

very convenient for central station (and fast link to airport), good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff very basic room at that price, there was an accordion player in the street below until 2am, difficult to find because of roadworks around station |

Very central location - near to all the main tourist sites and the tourist information office, and opposite the train station. Not being able to check in until 3pm, although I did go back again and managed to check earlier than 3pm. Being woken up at 8.20am by housekeeping who wanted to clean the room. |

Det var lett å komme seg til Oslo sentralbanestasjon. Nært til drosje. Veldig hyggelig personale. Det eneste jeg ikke likte var egentlig at det var mye bråk utenfor på natten, men det er vel ikke så mye å gjøre med. Skulle bare ønske jeg fikk sove litt bedre før operasjonen min. Men igjen så valgte jeg jo hotellet fordi det var nært Oslo S. tenkte ikke på at det var veldig sentralt I forhold til uteplasser og lignende. |
