very easy to find, a very good selection at breakfast and of good quality too (pain au chocalat was very nice) the hotel staff could have smiled more. they did everything right but they all seemed a little down.

- Amazing location (print a map before arriving). - Amazing breakfast. - Warm room and bathroom (heated floor). - Cosy bed. - We didn't have noise problems as other people reported (and it was a Saturday night) - The linnens had a light smell to cigarettes/smoke. It was a non-smokers room. It's a silly detail, but we didn't realize til late... and was a bit disgusting. - The room was small (it reminded me to an Easy Hotel branch), if you are travelling with suitcase you will have to open it on the bed :) - The bathroom seemed "old-fashioned", or just old, and the sink had cigarettes (burnt) marks.

Location in the heart of the city, but still in a quiet street. The elevator did not work in the morning hours, without any notice from the reception. turt have rooms bedt to the elevator, quite å lot of noice during the night.

Excellent location in the city center: on a quiet side street, a short walk to the harbour and many major tourist sites, and several trams stop nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. We would certainly stay here again. The room was very small - although warned of this through other reviews on Booking.com, it was still a surprise initially how small it actually was. There is room to squeeze 2 very small suitcases in the room, but don't come with a large one! On the other hand, the bathroom is large enough - and floor heating was wonderful.

Greeted by very friendly staff. Hotel is in good location about a 10 minute walk from central station and near many restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Includes fried eggs, bacon, a variety of cereals pastries fruits and juices. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The rooms are very small which would be a problem for a longer stay as there is no room to put luggage anywhere. Since we were there for one night this did not matter.

A friendly welcome. We had just had a backpack stolen at the bus station along with cash and travel documents such as the e-booking ticket.The Manager was very helpful and did offer to make telephone calls for us and advice on going to the police.The room was very comfortable and not too small. The breakfast was excellent and tea and coffee were available free at the machine.A very convenient place to stay in the city.Everyone should be aware of the considerable number of hand baggage thefts outside of the railway station in Oslo. There was no security presence whatsoever. All excellent

Excellent location: right next to the Parliament, but on a quiet street. Clean, very functional rooms. Excellent breakfast. The rooms were on the small side and the use of the computer in the lobby was not free (WiFi was free, however). No water kettle in the room.

hotel was in central oslo so all amenities were a short walk away.. breakfast had something for everyone from fried to vegetarian food and special diets like gluten free being at the front of the hotel it was very noisy and the norwegians seem to celebrate until 04.00am,but that was the only downside to the hotel

The location is superb! Walk to everything. Convenient to public transportation, the harbor, and shopping. Marvelous breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. While the room was of good size and well appointed, there was an architectural pier in the center of the room.

The hotel was fine, well situated but lacked a bit of care & warmth. The rooms on the front can be noisy. Noisy rooms on the front (next to a loud music bar)

Breakfast Noise in the hotel. I did not get either type of room or location in the hotel as ordered. Even though I called the hotel two days in advance and got my order confirmed, my request was neglected at arrival.
