Great location and very good breakfast buffet. Non-caring staff. When booking we explicitly asked for a non-smoking room, but when we got to the room.. surprise surprise... it was a smoking room and it was stinking cigarettes all over. At the reception they told me in a very "we don't care" manner that all non-smoking rooms were booked..

Breakfast was very good and considering the huge prices in Oslo, a good advice would be to have a very good and consistent breakfast. The location was excellent, right in the centre, close to train station from the airport and to the port and city hall and parliament. Not a too crowded are, which was another good thing. Staff was very helpful. Mattress was too soft for my back problems.

the localization of the hotel is perfect, the bedroom is very good and the brackfast is exelent. The problem that I had was the hotel didnt find my booker so my husband need to do again in his name Jan Skyrud. But we got with the same price so that was not big deal.

The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel is just brilliant - it is close to everything a tourist needs. Room was expected to be a little bigger, according to the photos. It appeared to be a small unpleasant surprise. It was windy in the room and it had no nice view, because under the window was dining hall.

Location very good, breakfast excellent, room comfortable and spacious. The staff were very professional and efficient I was a bit disappointed because there were extensive renovation works on-going on my floor and it a little noisy until quite late. The works were also on-going in the main reception , but the hotel is overall very good..

Breakfast is awesome The hotel is a bit old...classical... After taking a shower the whole bathroom will be flooded... And the room was cold (they said it's central heating so we couldn't control the temperature) when we stayed there (winter) so had to ask for a mobile heater...

Location is excellent. Walking distance form the main shopping streets and from the renovated harbor area Aker Brygge (shopping, dining, offices). Good breakfast. Details like broken temp regulation, broken knob on the shower. Also the breakfast are has a cold draft form the glass ceiling.

Great breakfast and location. Great location but not that many fascilities in the room. Booked a twin bed and got double bed so had to change the room. Was disappointed that the room with twin bed was in poor condition that the first one. LAckin iron in the room. And the shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower all the time.

It's closeness to the centre and main transport links. We were a 15 minute walk from the main bus station to get our airport transfer coach quite early in the morning and didn't have to worry about using public transport.
