Chambre très bruyante et petite, hôtel très cher

sa situation, à 5 minute sà pied de l'arrivée des ferrys. Une navette aéroport s'arrête devant l'hôtel. Il est à 10' à pied du vieux port de Bergen. Petit-déjeuner très correct

ces grands hôtels manquent toujours de charme. La couleur ocre ou marron des couloirs est lugubre.

Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le déjeuné était composé d'un grand buffet allant du plat chaud salé au fruits frais de saison! Un régal !

Petit déjeuner copieux, mais personnel un peu débordé, présence de nombreux groupes de voyageurs.

Malgré un prix élevé, et des étoiles attribuées on ne sait comment, notre réservation n'avais pas été prise en compte, 30 minutes plus tard 2 chambres ont été trouvée dans le même batiment. Chambres ordinaires au ménage douteux, sanitaires neufs, pas d'écran plat contrairement à l'annonce. Coté cour pas de vue mais pas de bruit de voiture sur les pavés ni de livraison dans la rue.

Grand hôtel pas loin du port. Bon petit déjeuner.

The hotel is tired and in need a some updating

Breakfast was a good selection. Close to all tourist places

Shower cubicle very small. Central heating was on, but a call to reception turned off hest to our room

Foyer area very comfortable. Free coffee whilst in the foyer. Very helpful at the reception. Quiet. Airport bus at the door

We travel with 1,5 year old child and it was good choice becasue hotel was quiet with resonable walking distance to main atractions like old city, harbor (10min) or central rail station (15min). Brekfast was delicious with big choice. Reception reacts very fast on your requests.

It is general comment to Norway it was expencive. On the other hand we stay in other hotels for comparable price and service was worse

Good location, attentive and friendly staff, very good breakfast. The rooms were of adequate size and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Wi fi available at no charge

Location very good.

We were in the annex across the road from the main hotel. This building has the appearance of being very run down and neglected. This is not the Scandic Hotel quality I expected to get from previous experience. The whole ambiance of the Hotel left me with the opinion it was of a back street Hotel. not at all what I expected from this Chain of Hotels.

it was very convenient for our purpose. the breakfast had the most choice. the staff were friendly especially the guy who booked us in reall late on friday evening.

Friendly staff and clean bedrooms, Breakfast was fantastic big selection that kept you full through the day. close to the city. We had a fantastic and excellent stay at this hotel.

Great breakfast buffet! Location, was very good. About a 15 walk to the train station.

Bergen City is a great place to spend the weekend. We travelled from Copenhagen on Friday evening and stayed until Sunday night. It rained a lot on Saturday so we visited the museums which are very interesting. On Sunday we went for a 6 hour Boat tour which was excellent. The Tourist Office opposite the fish market was very good. We booked the tour there and the staff are very helpful. The fish market is a good place to eat but we found it expensive. the part of the hotel we were in was very tired and rather jaded, felt it needed redec and a clean.

The room decoration was really good and the breakfast bouffet versatile and rich

Hotel prices in Norway are very high and Scandic Bergen City is no exception. Hotel restaurant didn't offer too many options for food
