Everything was absolutely perfect, especially the breakfast! :-)
Location, location, location. Short walk to the airport bus and almost everywhere. Wonderful breakfast.
The economy room was really small. Of course you get what you pay for, but the sqm's should have been specified when booking. I did not find them anywhere.
The best breakfast, nicely located, very comfortable.
View to a wall, very disappointing. No good beer on tap.
Location and breakfast is good and many choices
Breakfast including glutenfri products!
Cpnvertible sofa as bed for bigger kids is not so comfortable
Best breakfast ever! Great location
A bit small Too close from other buildings to open window
Good location, friendly staff, comfy room
Shower is not hot enough
Things important in a hotel are the beds and they are great! Slept so well there! And then the breakfast: Awesome! And the WiFi was also so fast and stable that I really was astonished.
Well okay, they just forgot sometimes to clean the coffee cups wich I used for coffee in the morning, so what ;-)
The breakfast spread is excellent and great value for money
it is close to the train station, and very convenient to every sights. breakfast is really nice,so many foods you can choice.and staffs are so happy to solve your questions.
Superb breakfast!¬ Excellent location. Pleasant staff.
Tiny room very expensive to view t.v.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and quiet and the location is perfect to visit all the central part of Bergen. The best bit was the breakfast, which was a great buffet with lots of options.
The room was really small, so there was no space for bedside tables next to the bed.
Breakfast was fantastic, Location great.
The location of this hotel was very central and perfect for what I needed. The breakfast that was included in my rate was quite good except for the confusion over coffee - there were advertisements on the tables offering alternative coffee to the filtered rubbish however when the staff were asked about it they said it wasn't available. The room was adequate and the staff were quite good and helpful.
I was incredibly disappointed that I had booked a room with a double bed even though I was travelling alone and was put into a room with a single bed. I was also concerned when I asked the front desk staff on check-in what time breakfast was on and they gave me the wrong time - I only made it because I happened to read the information in the room.
Affordable family room for 4. Close to Bryggen. Superb breakfast!
Sofabed was not so comfortable.
Clean rooms, lovely breakfast and walking distance to most of the sights.
Kettles were not well located to a PowerPoint. It would have been nice to have been provided some milk in the fridge on arrival to make a coffee. Dining room was a bit stuffy on the first morning whilst having breakfast. Some ventilation would have made it better
Great choice for breakfast Helpful staff Clean and spacious room Excellent location for all attractions in Bergen
It was close to the University, which was important for me.
The rooms were really small. The small fridge was empty and there was no regular things like bottle opener or a sign for the door asking for no cleaning, or even a lobby bar or cafeteria for socialising in the evening or working over a cup of tea. Basically what you got with the money was a very good breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't have time to spent hours in the breakfast table so my experience of the hotel was that it costs way too much compared to for instance Finnish hotels and does not have the same qualities.
Very good breakfast, with a focus on healthy treats.
breakfast , comfort bed .
small room , no view and face to the wall of next building
Nice rooms, close in location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
parking is about 100 meters away in a public garage. Price is not bad, but it makes getting to/from your car difficult. It rains a lot in Bergen and you must go on foot outside to get to the parking garage.
Feeling safe, when you are travelling alone, that is important.
The sun was shining,so I can't even say the rain.
Breakfast was extraordinary with many dishes to choose from. The bus from the airport stops less than one block away. Coffee and tea are free of charge 24/7
The standard room was pretty small. Almost no place to put 2 suitcases
