Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and were always willing to assist with taxi and other requests. They also prepared breakfast packs for us when we had to leave early. They also had printing facilities connected to the internet. Location appeared to be in the business district rather than the shopping district. |

The breakfast was good, but the dinner in the same restaurant (with white table cloth) was very poor. It was near the centre of the city, but a long walk from the central station. The fitness room was clean but the sauna was not working. Dinner menu was limited. |

The rooms was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful About this specific room, it was on ground floor and the only window faced a small corridor in an atrium, so no view, so sunlight. Second, the room was wheelchair friendly which resulted in a very unfriendly hospital feeling bathroom. |

Location - just a few short blocks from Karl Johan and on up to the palace. Price - quite reasonable (compared to others in Oslo) Breakfast -very good, fresh and plentiful. Sauna area - also looked nice, though we didn't have a chance to use it. For our taste, room was a bit too basic --I.E., only squeeze-bottle shampoo/shower get combo and no lotions or other amenities. |

Nice price and fair room rates. Good value for the money. Very close to the city centre, pubs, parks, etc. Very easy and quick to take a walk and find the way, no taxi needed. To set a constant temperature in the room. This program was controlled through the TV but somehow it got reset (to 21.5 degrees celcius) every time the TV was turned into standby mode. |

The rooms were excellent - bar and reception area great - nice atmosphere and the theatre feeling was nice The parking! Horrible and dangerous - up and down traffic on the same slope and no elevator! |

Sentrumsnært La nattevakten I resepsjonen gå på smilekurs. Vi ble møtt av himling med øynene og sure kommentarer da vi påpekte at det var underlig at det ikke var klart rom til oss selv om vi hadde reservert på forhånd. Vi måtte vente til de hadde rengjort. Veeeeeldig nedlatende og dårlig kundebehandling - vil følte oss ikke velkomne! |

Stort, reint rom med god seng, god belysning og skriveplass. Prisen bør ned, ettersom det ikkje er noko meir enn romstorleiken som skiller Edderkoppen frå eit vanleg budsjetthotell. Frukosten var ikkje noko særleg utover standard, og det var rotete i frukostrommet og kø til kaffen. Sjølvsagt kan dette ha noko med belleget under cupfinalehelg å gjere, men når de veit de har ekstrasenger på alle rom, burde det kanskje også vere ekstra kaffekjel? Badet byr heller ikkje på ekstra luksus som skulle tilseie fleire ekstra hundrelappar pr natt. |

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale i resepsjonen. Rene og ryddige rom. Kjøleskap på rommet, og blendingsgardiner som gjør rommet helt mørkt. Personalet i resepsjonen kunne spurt med en gang om vi ønsket to enkelt-senger eller én dobbelt-seng, om vi ville ha vindu som vendte inn mot den indre kjernen eller ut mot gaten med mulighet til frisk luft. Dermed hadde vi sluppet å bytte rom tre ganger før vi ble fornøyde. |

Das reichhaltige Früstücksbüffet und die Eingangslobby. Das Früstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, man sollte sich Zeit nehmen. Jedoch findet man wegen zuvielen Personen nur schwer einen Tisch. Hat man endlich einen Platz gefunden und man reserviert z.B. mit dem Besteck den Tisch, wird alles wieder abgeräumt vom übereifrigen Personal! (Amerikanisierung !! ) |

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum aan een pleintje. Naast het hotel zit een Grieks restaurant (eten was goed, niet duur en erg smakelijk). De kamer was redelijk ruim met minibar. Bedden waren goed en voldoende breed (2x 80). Ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid met veel biologische producten (super!). Parkeergarage naast het hotel (erg makkelijk). Binnen 5 minuten loop je naar het centrum. Airco moelijk tot nauwelijks in te stellen (gaat via de TV, maar er gebeurde vrij weinig). |
