Functional hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable surroundings. I booked the hotel as both the hotels own website and booking.com had said there was a restaurant. However, the restaurant was no longer open. As a single female traveller it is very important that there are facilities to eat a meal on site so one does not have to go wandering in a strange town in the dark to find somewhere to eat. |

It was a small, clean and nice hotel. Internet connection in the room was good and for free. I had asked for a single room but I got a room with a double bed which was very nice. One could hear every sound in the hall and in the next room (such as snorring...).And for some strange reason the TV in my room switchen on automatically every morning at 6:45 (some kind of alarm system I guess?) |

Helpful personnel, nice breakfast, convinient location near the Kristiansand center, good price. Family room number 235 must be closed beacause of the very noisy air condition system working in 1 meter behind the window. It serves the whole hotel so it cannot be swithched off. By health standards there should not be any rooms there. Maybe a storage or something... Dont book this room or ask for a huge discount. |

very friendly staff and parking facilities, easy to find, quite centrally located; kitchenette in the room the bathroom was disgustingly dirty; the surroundings of the hotel are not very nice |

Het personeel vond ik goed en professioneel, de locatie is uitstekend , maar ik zal van dit hotel nooit meer gebruik maken , matig en te duur kleine kamer met 1 stoel, mijn kleding kon ik niet kwijt ivm kleine hang kast en geen leggedeelte |

Vem designar belysningen på hotell? Inte dom som bor där iallafall. Liksom på alltför många andra hotell blir det endear becksvart eler så lyser nåt hela tiden. Mycket störande! Ska det vara så svårt att kunna tända taklampan från tex sängkontaktakten? |

sehr nettes + hilfsbereites Personal - kleines, aber schön gestaltetes Zimmer - das ganze Hotel ist überhaupt sehr liebevoll gemacht + super Frühstück! Internet war sehr langsam + sehr wenige Fernsehsender. Der Preis ist schon hoch, aber für Norwegen noch in Ordnung. |

Romstandarden overraskende bra. Rent og stille. Frokosten burde startet tidligere. Brødet kom først da jeg måtte gå, ca.7.20. Rommet jeg fikk var lite. |

Servicen var utrolig bra, veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige damer! Hotellet var moderne og koselig. Det var 2 enkeltsenger på rommet som var satt sammen til en dobbel, positivt at de var stripset sammen så sengene ikke skle fra hverandre. Det var også en "hage" på hotellet, med utemøbler som vi syns var veldig koselig. Veldig bra beliggenhet på hotellet, man bor rett i smørøyet. Fin froksost! Et lite minus var at restauranten var steng den dagen (torsdag) vi var der. I tillegg var det veldig varmt den natten, så vi måtte ha vinduet åpent, da oppdaget vi mye støy fra folk og trafikk på gaten, men det er jo slik det er når man bor midt i en storby, og ikke hotellets feil. Kanskje kunne det hjelpe med en vife på rommene? Parkering var ikke hundre prosent, litt få plasser.. |

Personalet var ok. og beliggenheden ok. Værelse 235 som vi havde fået tildelt,var der et støjniveau som gjorde umuligt at få lukket et øje. Der burde lydisoleres. |
