Huone oli siisti, siellä oli roskakoria ja hiustenkuivaajaa lukuunottamatta kaikki mitä olisi keksinyt toivoa: WLAN, tv, jääkaappi,pakastin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, pyykki- ja astianpesukoneet, silitysrauta, suihkuhuoneessa lattialämmitys jne.. Lisäksi huone maksoi vain 60€/yö, ja siihen kuului kaksi makuuhuonetta sekä todella tilava olohuone. Sänky oli todella mukava, ja sisustus siisti. Henkilökunta puuttui, huoneisiin mentiin sisään ovikoodin avulla. Tämä on tavallaan tietenkin helppoa, mutta kaikesta piti kysyä erikseen puhelimitse, esim. WLANin salasanaa, enkä tiennyt, milloin huoneesta olisi pitänyt lähteä pois. |

We were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedrooms one free of charge. It was an absolutely gorgeous apartment, clean, airy and luminous. The appliances were top of the range and in very good condition, furniture was nice, there was a very good plasma tv. A perfectly equipped apartment. It was located in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes walking to the Domkirke, the city center, the ferry's docks and the bus and train station. We were ok about not seeing anybody during our stay, but the process of receiving the codes for the keypad lock was a bit casual. We were sent the codes by email only the day before arriving. Being on holidays deep in the fjords, we had occasional access to the Internet. We did not get them in time. We tried to text, also without results. It is only fair to say that when we called the hotel manager, he immediately gave us the codes, and even arranged for us to occupy the apartment before the check-in time. A word of caution: check-in time is 1500. There is no reception desk or anybody around, so you can not leave your luggage and head into town. Another advice: if you key the codes too fast, it fails! Do not panic, just key slowly :) |

Big apartment, well located, very clean. Quite a few things in the apartment didn't work. Not terribly important things, but a window, 2 lights, no toilet paper holder... most things in the bathroom were stuck the wall with adhesive and either had already fallen off or fell off while we were there and the cord to the shower head leaked more water than the shower head. Still staying there for all the other amenities-- nice kitchen, lots of space-- was very much worth it. |

We were upgraded to a higher standard apartment, very confortable and fully equiped. Well located in a residential area, just five minutes walking to the city center and harbour. Highly recommended The apartment was in a 2 floors wooden house and we weren't very lucky with our neighbours above, they were quiet noisy. |

Very nice apartment. 15 minutes walking from ferry station. If the customer wish to pay with another card or cash, they should ensure someone to be present at the moment of check-in, in order to avoid misunderstandings (because entry is with a code). |

Newly renovated and nice. Had everything that you need, washer, dryer, a full kitchen down to a grilled sandwich-maker. It was very sterile, absolutely everything white. Almost hospital like. |

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y está próximo al centro de la ciudad (una vez que uno logra hacerse con un mapa es fácil llegar andando al centro en 15-20 minutos) El personal encargado de la entrega del código de acceso ha demostrado un nivel de ineptitud dificilmente superable. Les llamamos 5 veces por teléfono antes de nuestra llegada y todo para que finalmente nos enviasen un sms con el dichoso código. Al día siguiente envian por email el mismo código cuando ya no era necesario. Nunca vimos a nadie de la empresa y la sensación es que el funcionamiento del sistema es muy frágil y que no está supervisado. |

Ambiente curato, silenzioso, originale e pulito. Il wc perdeva acqua allagando il bagno, mancano portasciugamani. Nella cucina sarebbero state gradite qualche bustina di zucchero, sale, caffe solubile(giusto due o tre per l'arrivo) e un panno per asciugare piatti e bicchieri. |

L appatement est tres agreable, calme, sans vue. Ideal pour se reposer et suivre des activites diverses dans la ville et eviter de manger seulement au restaurant. L appartement n offre aucun service si ce n est le nettoyage å la fin du sejour. |

Det finns ingen personal där så man får sköta sig själv. Internet är gratis och fungerar bra. Det var inte städat när jag kom och jag hade heller inte fått portkoden utan var tvungen att ringa flera gånger om detta. |
