Stavanger Housing As Karlsminnegate 42

We were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedrooms one free of charge. It was an absolutely gorgeous apartment, clean, airy and luminous. The appliances were top of the range and in very good condition, furniture was nice, there was a very good plasma tv. A perfectly equipped apartment. It was located in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes walking to the Domkirke, the city center, the ferry's docks and the bus and train station.

We were ok about not seeing anybody during our stay, but the process of receiving the codes for the keypad lock was a bit casual. We were sent the codes by email only the day before arriving. Being on holidays deep in the fjords, we had occasional access to the Internet. We did not get them in time. We tried to text, also without results. It is only fair to say that when we called the hotel manager, he immediately gave us the codes, and even arranged for us to occupy the apartment before the check-in time. A word of caution: check-in time is 1500. There is no reception desk or anybody around, so you can not leave your luggage and head into town. Another advice: if you key the codes too fast, it fails! Do not panic, just key slowly :)

We were upgraded to a higher standard apartment, very confortable and fully equiped. Well located in a residential area, just five minutes walking to the city center and harbour. Highly recommended

The apartment was in a 2 floors wooden house and we weren't very lucky with our neighbours above, they were quiet noisy.

If the customer wish to pay with another card or cash, they should ensure someone to be present at the moment of check-in, in order to avoid misunderstandings (because entry is with a code).

Veldig enkel og grei ordning. Stor plass og tilgang til kjøkken som store plusser. Bra parkering

Muy acogedor, totalmente equipado. Perfecto para pasar varios días en la ciudad.

No tienes contacto con nadie, lo cuál es bueno y malo si necesitas algo más.

Ambiente curato, silenzioso, originale e pulito.

Il wc perdeva acqua allagando il bagno, mancano portasciugamani. Nella cucina sarebbero state gradite qualche bustina di zucchero, sale, caffe solubile(giusto due o tre per l'arrivo) e un panno per asciugare piatti e bicchieri.

Das Hotel ist vom Zentrum der Stadt Stavanger gut zu Fuß erreichbar und liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil.
