Centrally located... walking distance from Oslo Central Station, city center and Akker Brygge.Good Nordic breakfast.

Very very noisy at night (Friday and Saturday nights). Disco next door. Seems that a lot of young people partying at the disco continue the party in the hotel room afterwards. The reception kindly accepted to give us another room, as our neighbour were having a pre-party at 9pm already. We felt asleep in our new room but were disturbed as of 1am as our new neighbours as well were having a drinking party in their room until 4am !!!

Great location. Hotel was in quiet street. Bedrooms were comfortable, modern and clean.

I was unaware of the renovation. It was noice during the day. But it didn´t bother me too much as I was heading out anyway that time.

Discusting reception on arrival although full payment made further £200 demanded and extra charge if breakfast taken Agents booking terms rudly ignored. Have previously stayed there without problem many times over the past 4 years

I stayed there for the week-end with my wife. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The room was very nice, quiet and clean and we loved the shower. Breakfast was good. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was the poor choice of TV channels. That was not a big deal as we didn't go there to watch TV, but it would have been nice to have more channels.

excellent location- close to everything a traveller needs/inluding the ferries/good breakfast -just avoid/be careful around the main station area in late afternoon-and later.

Excellent breakfast, big size bed, convenience location can easily access public transportation and attraction.

The location is very convenient, just off the main street and only 5 min away from central station, which is the centre of communications (bus, train, tram, etc.). It does the job for 1 night or if you have to leave for the airport very early in the morning, as you can walk to the station.

While it wasn't as expensive as other hotels, we were expecting more quality from a Thon hotel, we were deceived by the chain's name. The hall is very small and doesn't look good. We saw no common/relax areas. The room vas very small and looked quite sordid, in the basement. The "bathroom" was a complete insult, something like 1.2 sqm, something we had never seen, not even in hostels. The "shower" was a drain on the ground, no tray, no screen. The curtain sat literally over the mini-sink, covering half of it. Right opposite, the toilet, with rough toilet roll. No room to move, we didn't even attempt to shower there, luckily it was only 1 night. And absolutely no amenities. Not even a hand soap bar! Never seen that in a hotel of any kind.
