The hotel staff were very helpful. The free bus to Sansli was very good. The guests congrating at the hotel entrance and smoking was very unpleasant. There should be an area away from public areas. |

Fint hotell. Fine rom. Gode senger. God frukostbuffet. Taxibestillingsrutinene fungerer ikkje. Skjermen som vi vart bedt om å bruke i resepsjonen kunne ikkje spesifisere kor mange som skulle ta taxi. Kom i ubehagelig diskusjon med ein uforskamma taxisjåfør. |

Forbedre restaurant med tanke på priser og menu. Restauranten er overpriset og lager dårlig mat. Rommene bør pusses opp og moderniseres. Personalet er tidvis arrogant. Jeg ba om å få betale rommene med kort ved ankomst, men dette var ikke mulig pga. sikkerhetshensyn. Dette hørtes ut som en dårlig unnskylding. De burde hatt en kortterminal med mulighet for inntasting av PIN-kode. |

Spesielt i underetagen er bygget sannsynligvis angrepet av muggsopp.Det lukter ikke i området rundt basseng, og trappeoppgang var mildt sagt ubehagelig å bevege seg i. |

Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Stadtmitte sind ideal. Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Für mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt geeignet. Keine Schränke für Kleidung vorhanden, man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Bei Frühstücksbuffet haben wir etwas frisches Obst vermisst. |

Es un hotel que necesita una renovación profunda. Puertas y mobiliario en mal estado, pantys de un anterior cliente en el armario, no había cadena de TV en castellano, en el buffet ni un solo dulce, habitación dotada de cocina sin ningún equipamiento y no funcionando extractor de humos, armario minúsculo para la ropa y sin limpiar, precio desorbitado para la calidad (800 euros cuatro noches), etc... |
