Location: close to the castle and the port (ships, fish market, etc.). Room: could be cleaner although it was comfortable. |

Rooms are quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast excellent. Apart from one male member staff were polite and efficient. Location excellent for shops, restuarants, sightseeing, harbour and fish market. The corridors and rooms are a bit stark and drab. Could do with more pictures on the walls, Floor plants, occasional lighting etc. Layout of bathrooms could be improved. (Consulation available if required.) |

i stayed in a clean v large room which also had a sofa. The room was light and modern and v clean. It is located at the end of the wharf right by the historic area and it was a good location to go to the local museums, it was near a bus stop and around the corner from the bus that takes you to Bergen airport. I would definately stay again.. There were hardly any hangers, there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers to hang your clothes and there was plenty of space within the room to accommodate a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice. |

Nice place, near to centre. If you travel with pet, you can have only smoking room. No good possibility to have early breakfast (only bagel from machine). |

One free computer in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Free newspapers in the lobby. Bathroom in our hotel was awful. Rooms aren't very nice. It is clearly a former industrial/office building coverted into a hotel. |

It's a great hotel located very close to the Fish Market (2 min walk) or Bryggen (old, wooden district of Bergen). The rooms are small but comfortable and the breakfast is to die for! |

The hotel is very close to the Brygge. The elevators are fast. Parking was not controlled at all by the hotel. The price is very high. We stayed one night, and there was no fruit at breakfast, and none of the juice machines worked during breakfast. |

Convenient to the main tourist area of Bergen - walking distance very reasonable. Breakfasts were very good. Room was too warm - and couldn't open windows due to the rain. |

The location is good, if you want to stay in the center of town. The beds were too small and no air conditioning in the rooms. |

very convenient location. Internet access was free, which was very helpful....but coffee was not...misleading information from hotel. excellent breakfast. there was a problem over flights due to a strike and one receptionist was very helpful indeed it said coffee was available all day, it implied that it was free. |
