Thon Hotel Bergen Brygge

La posizione vicinissima al quartiere Brygge e alle altre attrazioni, a pochi passi anche dalla navetta x l'aeroporto (ferma al Radisson). La colazione varia e abbondante. Le stanze sono però molto piccole, se siete in due e volete spazio andate da un'altra parte.

Avevamo chiesto due letti singoli e invece ci hanno dato una doppia che però ci hanno cambiato subito. La stanza con i letti singoli era ancora più piccola dell'altra, armadio inesistente: insomma non abbiamo potuto disfare la valigia. nel bagno minuscolo non si poteva poggiare gran che.

Vicinanza al centro e ai punti di interesse turistico, raggiungibili apiedi in soli cinque minuti. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Assenza di un parcheggio per l'automobile. I parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze sono a pagamento e molto costosi.

Posizione comoda rispetto al centro città ed al porto. Buona la pulizia della stanza e del bagno. Ottima la colazione a buffet del mattino.

It is close to the harbour and on the seventh floor we enjoyed view of the town. Everyone were polite and helpful to us as non norwegian speakers. It made the wedding of our daughter more pleasurable in that we were able to relax before and after the ceremony! Even through we were only in Bergen for two days we felt we had an holiday, a change of pace!

A lack of information when the fire alarm went off about 4 a.m. The evaculation was orderly and safe. We were uninformed as the cause and were not pampered in any way for the inconvienence we under went.

Like the other Thon hotels where I have stayed, the staff at Bergen Brygge were delightful. I was really pleased with the efficiency of the staff and the unfailing desire to assist that is so strong in the Thon Hotels. I will be sure to recommend Thon Hotels to anyone who will listen.

This is really minor, however the waffle maker in the breakfast room was a terrible mess. I suggest you have the kitchen staff prepare the waffles and place them on the buffet. Having guests cook their own waffles doesn't really work: it makes for a long queue while people wait for others to cook their waffle and ultimately it creates more work for staff because of the huge mess they have to clean up.

Good price for the best spot in town, only a few meters from the flybuss final stop and right in the heart of Brygge. The rooms are simple but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and there was also a rich breakfast buffet.

Free internet service maybe.

I enjoyed the nice bed, the shower and the wonderful view over the sea and the wharf.

The breakfast could be improved. It was very rich, but the taste was strange.

Easy to find the hotel. Near Brygge. The building looks good from outside. Good decorations both in the room and outside. Spacious.

Far from the train station. All the door handles in our room are loosen. Bath tub was leaking all over. Water was leaking from refridgerator.
