Su emplazamiento en el centro de la ciudad Personal de recepción correcto, pero nada más. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionó ningunó de los 3 días en los nos alojamos. Hizo muchísimo frío y nos prestaron un ventilador de aire caliente para las noches. La habitación muy pequeña para 2 personas. Casi no había sitio para dejar las maletas sin que molestaran y para abrirlas salvo encima de la cama. |

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to downtown Stavanger. The breakfast is also very good. It is very clean, staff is very efficient and kind. The room is small, TV has a very poor selection of channels (I missed a lot the CNN International), the shower in the bathroom could be much better. |

Centrally located in the city area. Good breakfast. The room was facing the main road so it was rather noisy. I stayed there on a Saturday evening and I could hear people talking even in the wee hours of the morning as they were in the pub all night. |

High standards hotel and literally next to the city centre, in a nice area and very close to shops and bars. Despite the fact that this was right in the middle of Stavanger it was very quite and relaxing. |

One of the best breakfast buffets we've had. Bed was very, very comfortable. Very clean. Nice location and friendly staff. Room was quite small for a double. It was comfortable but there was no "luxury". I expected more "luxury" from a 4* hotel. No safe deposit facility, in room or at reception. |

Very good location, comfortable, clean room and bath. In the evening I received a free wireless internet card from the receptionist. The next day another guy said that the internet was free only at the terminal and I had to buy a card for my laptop. |

The help the front desk gave my wife when she located cousins but needed translation when talking to them on the phone as the elderly cousin did not speak English well and my wife does not speak Norwegian. In the end, we had a wonderful time the following afternoon with the cousin and her daughter and son in law. |

Central location and friendly staff. I did a reservation for 2 nights but the first one did not go through (BAD for booking.com), however the staff was able to solve that and I got a double room instead for the same price of the offer. Due to its central location you could hear the noise at night coming from the street (drunk young people). |
