The constraints caused by their renovations outside but I'm sure it will be better when they've completed them.

Very good location for us as we needed to get to the train early.

Location of the hotel in city centre. Great breakfasts (as usual in Thon hotels).

Small bathroom.

Convenient location close to centre, train/bus terminal and the Hurtigruten. Room very clean, a little small but cosy and comfy. On request was given tea making facilities. Breakfast substantial and good choice. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, got late check in and late check out without any problems. Normal Thon Hotel breakfast, clean room although not luxurious. The location is excellent, close to everything from transportation to shopping.

Lack of decoration in the room.

Great value for money and fantastic location. Very good breakfast and free coffee and child friendliness.

The "furniture" in the toilet/bathroom was very bad arranged. Stupid placing of important things.

The attention to detail for the childs experience for the time of their stay...the coffee...the staff....the beautiful painting in the foyer by gullvag (?) ..

Loud street noise... Had to have the windows closed shut.. Where I would prefer to leave them open

The location was great - near centre, railway and cruise ship Free coffee/tea in reception when you got home after a long day

There was nothing I did not like

Tiny room, bed jammed up against wall.

The table to work on was too small. I had to sit under the TV screen and squeeze myself in to work. You can do that for a short time chekcing emails or so ... but not for really working. I will not book such a room again because of this.

Hyggelig betjening. God frokost. Rent og pent. Flott beliggenhet i sentrum.

Vi likte at hotellet lå sentralt, gangavstand til det meste vi skulle til.

Vi var uheldig med rom. Det lå tydeligvis rett over et utested, iallfall hørtes det slik ut...men noen må jo bo der også...

God seng. Stort rom. Rent. Fikk sjekke ut senere uten ekstra kostnader. Sentralt.

Fikk ikke queensize bed som bestilt.lite allergivennlig mat.personal visste ikke hva som var til kveldsmat. Lite tv som var plassert i ene hjørnetav rommet; umulig å snu på det og umulig å feks sitte i sengen og se på tv; enormt irriterende og stort minus.

Hyggelig serviceinnstilt resepsjonist. Tross omfattende restaurering av hotellet, ikke bråk.

Das Hotel ist in der Gesamtheit perfekt.

Das Hotel war leider im Umbau, ein Gerüst zierte die Fassade und entsprechender Baulärm war vorhanden. Von Seiten des Hotels kam jedoch keine Entschuldigung, nichts.

Kjempegod seng og nytt interiør. Hyggelig ansatte.

"Rart" hotell da man måtte gå opp en trapp,bortover ganger og ned noen trapper da hotellet tydeligvis var over flere bygninger. Lite bad til å være superior-rom.

Stille og rolig. Greit med parkering i gata. God frokost. Lett tilgjengelig.

Lite dobbeltrom, selv om det var greit i ny-delen.

Internettilgang, kaffeautomatene, beliggenheten, sittegruppene innenfor resepsjonen med friske blomster. God plass i frokostsalen og at den varer til 11 i helgene.

Jeg måtte selv finne ut av at 2.etg i gammelt bygg tilsvarer 3 i nybygget. Jeg fant faktisk ikke tilbake i farten etter at jeg var oppe med kofferten...
