the customer service and breakfast was especially accomodating to a persons needs the size of the room, no washing & ironing facilities in room and hotel was underconstruction |

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and functional and the location in terms of proximity to the centre of Trondheim was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, there were extensive building works taking place in the hotel during our stay, which meant there wasn't a reception room or lounge. As the bedrooms are so tiny this made any time spent in the hotel other than sleeping, rather uncomfortable. I think we should have been informed of this when we booked. |

Very good staff, kindly to help customers. I could use the extra food service in the evening during two days. Good breakfast, clean. Renovation & new expandation was in progress, will look nice once it is finished beginning next year ! Staff does a good job ! Shower: Water runs easially into whole the bathroom. Curtain sticks to your body during showering. For the rest room ok ! |

Bra frokostbufet, i trivelige omgivelser. betjeningen hyggelig og tjenestevillig. brukbart sted midt i sentrum av Trondheim. For varmt på rommet. Varmeregulering vanskelig. Åpent vindu ga mye støy fram til barer og utesteder stengte. Oppussingen av resepsjonen var ikke til sjenanse. Nøkkelkortene virket ikke. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam. Het hotel zat middenin een renovatie maar dit werd gecompenseerd met een gratis internetverbinding en een gratis lichte avondmaaltijd. Verder is het hotel centraal gelegen, 300 meter van het station en dichtbij het centrum. Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt. bij aankomst was de lift kapot waardoor we vier trappen op moesten met zware bagage. Verder was het door vloerverwarming heel erg warm in de kamers, zelfs als de verwarming uit was en het raam open stond. Maar het schijnt typisch Noors te zijn om binnen flink te stoken. |
