All children under 17 years are charged NOK 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged NOK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

food, ( breakfast was good/excellent, and and it was nice to have the option of a free kveldsmat First one, the next day two and later three of four lights in the bathroom stopped functioning....and did not get repaired . |

food was good. very central location.easy access to trains and ferries.bed very comfortable.general atmosphere quite easy going proximity to night clubs made it very noisy at night. booking system failed causing great stress due to the staff not understanding how to access the money which had been reserved from my credit card account. I did not think the receptionist was very helpful |

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and functional and the location in terms of proximity to the centre of Trondheim was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, there were extensive building works taking place in the hotel during our stay, which meant there wasn't a reception room or lounge. As the bedrooms are so tiny this made any time spent in the hotel other than sleeping, rather uncomfortable. I think we should have been informed of this when we booked. |

Very good staff, kindly to help customers. I could use the extra food service in the evening during two days. Good breakfast, clean. Renovation & new expandation was in progress, will look nice once it is finished beginning next year ! Staff does a good job ! Shower: Water runs easially into whole the bathroom. Curtain sticks to your body during showering. For the rest room ok ! |

Kjekt med bra beliggenhet og kjekke resepsjonister. Hengte opp skilt for ønske om rengjøring av rommet. Da vi kom tilbake var det kun redd opp på sengene. Ikke vasket gulvet (noe som virkelig trengtes) måtte gjøre dette selv! |

Nytt & innbydende - fint rom med stilfull design - god frokost :-) Nei egentlig ikke, men jeg bodde der bare 1 natt og hadde de fasiliteter jeg trengte for et kort opphold. |

Snyggt, nyrenoverat, utmärkt läge. Inga tjänster utom en god frukost. Bra för barnfamiljer. Det finns inte parkeringsplatser ens I närheten av hotellet. Gratis på gatan under natten, om det finns nån. Centralstationens platser går att betala enbart 08 - 18. Parkeringshus finns I andra ändan av stan. Informationen om parkering på webben är felaktig. |

Bra frokostbufet, i trivelige omgivelser. betjeningen hyggelig og tjenestevillig. brukbart sted midt i sentrum av Trondheim. For varmt på rommet. Varmeregulering vanskelig. Åpent vindu ga mye støy fram til barer og utesteder stengte. Oppussingen av resepsjonen var ikke til sjenanse. Nøkkelkortene virket ikke. |
