The view from our bedroom window, we saw the northern lights on our last night lying in bed.

We changed from a double to a twin after a sleepless night due to the bed being too soft and no bed boards being available. At least with a twin the top matress could be removed to provide a firmer base to sleep on.

The view above the fjord, very good breakfast, complimentary coffee and tea during the day, very friendly staff.

Just a simple and standard Hotel. Food is just ordinary. Nothing much to enjoy in the hotel unless you have some excursion tour outside.

We liked the location,the water views, the superb breakfasts, the ability to make tea and coffee all day. Easy bus drop off and pick up.very friendly and relaxed.

That there was no milk available during the day for the frothier on the coffee machine.

After disembarking from a Hurtigruten cruise, we stayed here for one night. This hotel is modern, warm and welcoming. The young lady in reception was very friendly and efficient, and our room was ready even though we arrived at 13:00. The room was clean and bright, with wonderfully comfortable beds; the shower room clean and functional, with wall-mounted soap dispensers. The weather worsened very quickly, so we had drinks in the bar and ate in the restaurant - it seems expensive to us, but is on a par with the rest of the country and the reindeer fillet was delicious. There is free Wi-fi; and good quality free coffee and tea in reception. A good breakfast buffet was offered and the restaurant has huge windows overloooking the fjord, so a great way to start the day. The bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel. Reception have the timetable. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Modern,"designer", hotel. On the water's edge with fine views from appropriate rooms and restaurant. Exc. large shower area in our room. Easy amble into town which is bigger than I expected and with numerous shops. Bus to/from airport stops at hotel.

Staff were very helpful.

Great location beautiful views of the fjord and only a 5 minute walk into the main street. We arrived early and were able to check straight in and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was nice and the food good, nice selection of mains to chose from, buffet breakfast was quite extensive and there was 24 hr access to free coffee & tea. As we were staying 2 nights at the hotel with a night at the Snow Hotel in between, the staff were very helpful in arranging for us to have extended access to our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Well appointed rooms and the food in the restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a Nespresso machine in the lobby for all to use. Would stay again.

Beautiful modern hotel, with excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. Terrific buffet breakfast. Fast WiFi internet, including free use of computer and printer.

While the restaurant was gourmet in quality, there were no budget options on the menu. It was VERY expensive.

With a fabulous harbor view, the hotel offers a clean modern design with a great breakfast and free wifi. Well located on the edge of town.

That they turn the backyard lights on at night - until then we were able to see the Northern Lights from our bedroom window... But you need pretty much total darkness :o}
