From the website, it looks like there is a complimentary hotel shuttle that takes you to the hotel from the airport and back. There is no such a thing in fact, there is a PAYING bus which stops in front of the hotel. Clarify this on the hotel website as between the taxi and the bus fare, people might just want to stay elsewhere! Also, I was given a wi-fi code at the frontdesk but I was not told which internet network to look for.

Hyggelig personale. Fine rom. Luftige korridorer. Deilig frokost. Hyggelig restaurant - god mat. Problemer å finne ut av natt temp. justering på rommet - for oss som vil ha det litt kjølig.

Mest av alt at jeg fikk rom. Det meste var fullbooket da jeg omsider ringte å skulle bestille. Thon var ikke førstevalget, men ga et positivt inntrykk. Bra med prisavtale, må være et konkurransefortrinn for dere. Buss fram og tilbake gir et betydelig pluss I hotellprisen.

Rommet var rent, komfortabelt, god romstørrelse, koselig atmosfære. Hyggelig personale, god mat, trivelig atmosfære i restauranten. Shuttlebussen var effektiv. Var ingenting jeg mislikte så mye, at jeg vil si at jeg ikke kommer tilbake:-)

Veldig gode senger, eneste dårlige er når jeg ringte hotellet 12 timer etter bookingen så var ikke bookingen kommet inn i deres systemer, dette var første gang booking.com har mislyktes ved en av mine bestillinger.

Beliggenheten. Lett å stille temperaturen via fjernkontrollen til TV. Et "kaldt" og sjel-løst hotell. Lange endeløse korridorer for å komme til frokossalen.

Die günstige Lage zum Flughafen. Großes Zimmer. Großzügiges Bad. Temperaturregelung via TV funktionierte nicht. Bei ca. 18 Grad gefroren. Hotelmitarbeiter wenig aktiv (erst nach dem 4. Anruf = 2,5/3 Stunden später kam eine Dame von der Rezeption, die das Problem nicht lösen konnte bzw. wollte). Kein Ersatz-Twin-Bedroom vorhanden, da Hotel so gut wie ausgebucht (viele Busgruppen). Zumindest 2. Bettdecke erhalten. Ziemlich hellhörig, Zimmer nicht richtig gut geputzt. Viele Busgruppen --> d.h. "Stau" am Frühstücksbuffet.
