The hotel's staff was friendly and handy and the hotel itself clean and tidy. The room was well furbished, all needed was there. Unfortunately the room's windows were locked and I couldn't find any air conditioner, therefore was pretty hot in it. |

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were generously large and from the 10th floor and above had great views of Oslo. |

Good location, great breakfast, super view from the 11th floor, free computer use in lobby with internet access. We were upgraded to a room with a small kitchenette, but there were no dishes or utensils provided! |

The hotel is an excellent example of scandinavian design, very clean, nice staff, free coffee in the lobby, free internet access in lobby, very good buffet breakfast. Small but very nice rooms. |

The breakfast was excellent, and it was a perfect location from which to enjoy the city. The keys didn't work properly a number of times, and we had thought that this would be overlooking the Fjord (according to the website), but it was an excellent experience nevertheless! |

Everything in the hotel was new and very clean. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the main train station and the city center. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Wireless internet is available but not free, although there is a public PC in the hotel lounge with free internet access |

La colazione a buffet è adeguata La camera standard ha un livello molto basso: finestra bloccata in mancanza di area condizionata, mancanza di appoggi per apertura valigia, mancanza di manutenzione (lampadine non funzionanti, doccia rotta). |

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, modernes Design, Bahnhof, Hafengelände, Fußgängerzone fußläufig erreichbar. Keinerlei Ablagen und Schränke auf dem Zimmern. Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl zu hoch und unbequem. "Duschkabine" trennt/dichtet nicht ab, Badezimmer wird beim Duschen überschwemmt. Keinerlei Ablage für Kosmetika und Wäsche im Badezimmer. |

Cerca del centro de Oslo y de la estación central de tren. Buena atención. Desayuno correcto. Habitaciones agradables y de buen tamaño. Como en todos los hoteles de Noruega en los que hemos estado no está bien aislado de la luz en verano (a las tres de la mañana ya hay sol). |

Fint rom med stort kjøle og fryseskap! kjøkkenbenk. Savnet en vannkoker og noen kopper på rommet, siden det ellers var så bra utstyrt. Frokosten lørdag var noe kaotisk, med få bord som var ryddet og sen påfylling av matvarer. Søndag var alt helt utmerket :) Deilige vafler også :) |
