Não ter um roupeiro com gavetas. É útil para estadias mais prolongadas.

Facilidade de uma mini cozinha, brinquedos para as criancas, desenhos para as criancas, sacada.

Nem todos os quartos tem equipamento para a cozinha ( pratos, talheres, panelas). Um minimo deveria ser colocado. Quando fiquei 3 dias nao tinha nada disso. Ja na volta de outra cidade, fiquei 1 dia e a cozinha ja estava equipada e tambem tinha armario para colocar as roupas, no outro nao.

Very smart and functional

The front desk was friendly, very helpful and efficient. I was given a free upgrade to a room with balcony.The rooms are well designed, very comfortable and use-able. Their decor is plain and tasteful.The upper floors offer fine views of the harbor, the Opera and the surrounding hills.The breakfast was first rate and offered a good choice. Free coffee and internet is offered in the lobby. The hotel is very central but on a quiet street. It is a short walk to the main shopping street, a number of museums and the central railway station. There are good restaurants and bars within fifty meters of the hotel.

The lifts were very very slow and far to small. I had to wait for over ten minutes to access a lift with enough room in it. The absence of a bar and any sought of food service after breakfast detracted from the over all excellence of the hotel.

The shower space is too small.

Friendly staff, great play room for children, good location (close to train station, harbour, and lots of attractions and surprisingly quiet for downtown Oslo), clean, new facilities, compact but well-designed rooms. Large breakfast room with attentive staff.

Hotel is right on the edge of an area of Oslo that is currently experiencing a lot of crime (drug trading and use, pursesnatching, pickpocketing, etc.), something that's obvious from the police presence and confirmed by local media reports. One of our group was pickpocketed less than five minutes from the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel, obviously, but something to think about.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and tidy. Excellent location close to shopping and quayside facilities

Everything was ok

The hotel is new and the decoration although simple is comfortable. An important issue for me – the floor was in wood (not in those awful carpets). The location was excellent, near the center but in a quiet location. The breakfast was great and staff really nice. Sure, would recommend it.

Onee elevator was broken one evening

good location, very kind and helpful staff, larg& convenient double room with refrigerator, dishwasher, good breakfast.

The hotel's staff was friendly and handy and the hotel itself clean and tidy. The room was well furbished, all needed was there.

Unfortunately the room's windows were locked and I couldn't find any air conditioner, therefore was pretty hot in it.
