Хороший номер с кухней, две комнаты. Учитывая норвежские цены удобно в нём останавливаьтся и самим готовить или разогревать, есть СВЧ. Вокзал рядом. Ввиду раннего отбытия не воспользовался завтраком. Не плохо было бы в таких случаях предоставлять сухой паёк. |

Место- центр,очень удобно.Большинство номеров - с оборудованной кухней, но без посуды. По просьбе- посуду предоставили.Отличный вид на Осло с верхних этажей.Есть большой номер для инвалидов. Посуда должна быть в номере . |

Прекрасное расположение - рядом с главной пешеходной улицей и вокзалом, милый и услужливый персонал, прекрасный завтрак. Вместо обычного номера нам, извиняясь, за ту же цену предложили улучшенный - большой и с кухней, на высоком этаже с видом на фьорд и город. Тихо, чисто, уютно, красиво, сытно. Что еще надо? Все на твердую "5" |

located near city center, friendly staff, clean rooms upon arrival, nice view over city, overall good experience only two elevators for 13 floors, the cafetaria is too small for all guests especially during weekends, sheets didn't get changed every day |

The front desk was friendly, very helpful and efficient. I was given a free upgrade to a room with balcony.The rooms are well designed, very comfortable and use-able. Their decor is plain and tasteful.The upper floors offer fine views of the harbor, the Opera and the surrounding hills.The breakfast was first rate and offered a good choice. Free coffee and internet is offered in the lobby. The hotel is very central but on a quiet street. It is a short walk to the main shopping street, a number of museums and the central railway station. There are good restaurants and bars within fifty meters of the hotel. The lifts were very very slow and far to small. I had to wait for over ten minutes to access a lift with enough room in it. The absence of a bar and any sought of food service after breakfast detracted from the over all excellence of the hotel. |

The hotel staff was excellent, our room was on the 12th floor, we could see the Oslo's fjord, amazing!!!! It was so romantic! The Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely raccomand this hotel to family and friends!!!! |

Once we had upgraded to a room with a view on 11th floor it was a perfect hotel for a city break. Staff were helpful about upgrade. I could not have stayed in the original room which though clean and large was dark and had no view. |

Friendly staff, great play room for children, good location (close to train station, harbour, and lots of attractions and surprisingly quiet for downtown Oslo), clean, new facilities, compact but well-designed rooms. Large breakfast room with attentive staff. Hotel is right on the edge of an area of Oslo that is currently experiencing a lot of crime (drug trading and use, pursesnatching, pickpocketing, etc.), something that's obvious from the police presence and confirmed by local media reports. One of our group was pickpocketed less than five minutes from the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel, obviously, but something to think about. |

Location, large room. After a pleasant first stay, somewhat disappointed at this second one. Awkwardly shaped room, window does not open, room rather hot, no curtains to speak off, breakfast slowly restocked, seriously undercooked eggs. |

The hotel is new and the decoration although simple is comfortable. An important issue for me – the floor was in wood (not in those awful carpets). The location was excellent, near the center but in a quiet location. The breakfast was great and staff really nice. Sure, would recommend it. There was no view from my room. |
