The Location is great

Unhelpful staff. The room was very different from the photos: small and with the bare minimum.

Very close to the Brygge and with a public parking in front of the door.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Good breakfast buffet.

Location is perfect, quiet room, nice view, breakfast was good

No hot water in the shower (it was not cold, but lukewarm), bathtub is leaking, cleaning personal took one of our used towel and we didn't get a new one

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the fish market, Bryggen and boat departures. The rooms are clean, although my single was a little on the small side.

Make sure you ask for a room away from the nightclub. (On the back of the hotel, not overlooking the main street) The club is right next door and the rooms vibrate. I had been awake 20 hours after completing the long leg from Oslo-Fram-Bergen and refused to be placed in the room right next to the noise. The staff were very kind and placed my friend and I in two singles for the first two nights. It was a little unfortunate that we had to move into a twin for the last night which was on the front of the hotel and overlooking the nightclub, but at least on Sundays, the club is closed. They told us the room would be ready in half an hour but when we spoke to the maid direct, she knew nothing about the request to get the room cleaned quickly-we lost the morning sightseeing, with all the messing around.

Location. Breakfast very good. Efficient staff.

Bedrooms very tired and need refurbishment. Hotel perceived as expensive as a result of this.

Location was within walking distance of many sights etc Food was good. Young female front desk clerk was very good and handled my complaints very competently and in a very nice manner..She was not the problem.

Room was extremely hot during the night. Male Front desk clerk didn't seem to know about laundry days and did not advise me of lack of laundry service even though he said he would. Room outlook could have been better, and for the price should have been. Housekeeping did not leave bath matts or laundry bag and list==had to ask for them.!!

Quiet room, very friendly staff, good breakfast, room was spotless.

The bed in our room was saggy. It was also small but the sag was a problem. First night there was a muffled but loud band/rock/disco music that intruded

Flott beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. God frokost. Stille om natten. Sov godt.

Trangt og ukomfortabelt bad. Hadde ventet litt mer luxus for et rom superior med en slik pris.

Vi har bodd på Rosenkrantz tidligere, for flere år siden og synes hotellet har blitt loslitt. Slitent og med behov for vedlikehold. Vi ble også skuffet over at baren var forsvunnet. Den var veldig hyggelig!!!
