Very tired and dated room in desperate need of a refurb. Not up to standard of other Oslo hotels that I have stayed in. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is mainly for families, as it offers a lot of facilities for kids, rooms to accommodate 3-4 persons, and a kitchenette. It can also be good for long business travels, which was my case. The location is excellent, in a very nice neighborhood and very close to city center. Don't expect any sort of luxury there.

Excellent selection at breakfast; the coffee machine in reception was also useful as there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (as is common in Europe). The location is excellent - an easy walk to all major sites, but as it is opposite the royal palace park, you are removed from the clamour of the city.

The hotel is close to many interesting places in Oslo. In my case the location of my business partner is very close. I stayed at ground floor and had to go long way to my room throug long corrdors and doors.

Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde oli erittäin huono. Hotelliin kuuluu myös apartments-puoli, joka on kuin opiskelijoiden asuntola.Meidät oli jostain syystä majoitettu tälle puolelle. Asuntolan puolella meitä odottivat oranssit ränsistyneet hissin ovet, kuluneet kokolattiamatot ja kulahtaneet keittolevyt. Kaikkea tätä meille myytiin neljän tähden hotellina. Hotellilla ei ollut tarjota parkkipaikkoja, sillä se oli ilmeisesti vuokrannut omat paikkansa asuntolansa asukeille. Hotelli ei pyynnöstä huolimatta vastannut etukäteistiedusteluihin, lemmikin lisämaksusta, ei maininnut asiaa sisäänkirjautuessa, mutta oli hanakasti perimässä maksua poistuessamme. Vaikutti siltä, ettei asiakaspalvelu kuulunut tämän hotellin repertuaariin vaan tarkoitus oli vain rahoittaa hotellissa käynnissä olevaa remonttia. Luokaton esitys.

близость к центру города и достопримечательностям, хороший завтрак. в день нашего заезда на ресепшне был не очень доброжелательный сотрудник. на следующий день персонал был отличный, доброжелательный и улыбчивый. дуло из окна.

Flott beliggenhet, god service I resepsjonen og nydelig frokost Betaling for rommet ble trukket fra kontoen 2 uker før ankomst noe som var I strid med vilkårene for bestillingen. Ved oppringing ble summen riktignok ført tilbake til kontoen min, men dette skapte unødig "styr"

Niet genoten. Hotel was zo slecht dat ik ter plekke een ander hotel geboekt heb. Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Kamers waren oud. Er zijn gerenoveerde kamers maar die waren blijkbaar vol. Voor 40 euro meer zit je ook in het grand hotel. Dus niet boeken

Ligger relativt sentralt plassert ifht t-bane/flytog, samt at det er lokalisert til et rolig strøk av sentrum. Positivt at det er tilgjengelig en liten kjøkkenkrok for matlaging for de som har behov for det. Syns at baderomsfasilitetene er det svakeste med hotellet. Dusjforheng med påfølgende tørking av baderomsgulvet er vel ikke helt I tråd med pris, sammenliknet med tilsvarende hotel.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta lähellä nähtävyyksiä, kauppoja, merta yms., jotka kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneen jääkaappi hyvä ja kylpyhuone siisti!.

Nos dieron una habitación con vistas al parque que rodea el palacio real, muy agradable. No hubo ruidos. Está a un paseo del centro histórico y del puerto. Las habitaciones son enormes, con sala, comedor, cocina... La relación calidad-precio, excelente, porque Oslo es una ciudad muy cara. El personal joven y agradable, el desayuno bufé variado y abundante... Francamente mejor de lo que esperaba.

swietna lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko do centrum, sniadanie za ta cene pokoju wystarczajace. dostep do sieci wifi lazienka w niezbyt dorym stanie, rozwalone drzwi od prysznica, odrapane rury od wody cieplej i zimnej.
