Very tired and dated room in desperate need of a refurb. Not up to standard of other Oslo hotels that I have stayed in. Would not stay here again.

We ordered a regular room and we received a very small room with a bathroom Old and unpleasant. We asked and we exchanged was indeed room with two beds not a double bed but includes spacious seating area.

The hotel is mainly for families, as it offers a lot of facilities for kids, rooms to accommodate 3-4 persons, and a kitchenette. It can also be good for long business travels, which was my case. The location is excellent, in a very nice neighborhood and very close to city center. Don't expect any sort of luxury there.

The location and the breakfast were good They didn,t clean the room good enough and for 10 minutes telephone call inside norway i had to pay 45 euro which was very unfair

Excellent selection at breakfast; the coffee machine in reception was also useful as there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (as is common in Europe). The location is excellent - an easy walk to all major sites, but as it is opposite the royal palace park, you are removed from the clamour of the city.

The hotel is close to many interesting places in Oslo. In my case the location of my business partner is very close. I stayed at ground floor and had to go long way to my room throug long corrdors and doors.

близость к центру города и достопримечательностям, хороший завтрак. в день нашего заезда на ресепшне был не очень доброжелательный сотрудник. на следующий день персонал был отличный, доброжелательный и улыбчивый. дуло из окна.

En meget trist opplevelse. Vi fikk gjennom Booking.com et såkalt dobbeltrom med en dobbetlseng som var plassert inntil en vegg! Det var ganske tungt for en av oss å komme inn og ut av sengen. Slikt bør ikke forekomme til en slik pris på et rom, kr 1575? Råd: Hold deg unna eggerøren. Forøvrig var det meste av frokosten ganske nedkjølt mat.

Flott beliggenhet, god service I resepsjonen og nydelig frokost Betaling for rommet ble trukket fra kontoen 2 uker før ankomst noe som var I strid med vilkårene for bestillingen. Ved oppringing ble summen riktignok ført tilbake til kontoen min, men dette skapte unødig "styr"

Tolle Lage am Schlosspark und damit auch am Stadtzentrum. Das Apartment war großzügig, gemütlich und sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Niet genoten. Hotel was zo slecht dat ik ter plekke een ander hotel geboekt heb. Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Kamers waren oud. Er zijn gerenoveerde kamers maar die waren blijkbaar vol. Voor 40 euro meer zit je ook in het grand hotel. Dus niet boeken

Ligger relativt sentralt plassert ifht t-bane/flytog, samt at det er lokalisert til et rolig strøk av sentrum. Positivt at det er tilgjengelig en liten kjøkkenkrok for matlaging for de som har behov for det. Syns at baderomsfasilitetene er det svakeste med hotellet. Dusjforheng med påfølgende tørking av baderomsgulvet er vel ikke helt I tråd med pris, sammenliknet med tilsvarende hotel.

Gång avstånd till karljohans gata/ akerbrygge mycket bra! Enda minus var att vi inte kunde ligga I sängen och kika tv, (alldeles för kort tv antennsladd) det är gott att kunna få göra det när man väl ligger på hotell.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta lähellä nähtävyyksiä, kauppoja, merta yms., jotka kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneen jääkaappi hyvä ja kylpyhuone siisti!.

Lå søppel fratidligre gjester undersenga! Møkkete veger, dårlige fliser på badet, liten overflatebehandling på kjøkknet og et malingsstrøk på veggene hadde rommet sett mye bedre ut.
