Friendly staff. Breakfast good value for money. Only 100 meters from Oslo Spectrum Theatre which was the purpose of our trip to Oslo.

Very disappointment this hotel. I sent mail to hotel for request double bed due to my 2years daughter and arriving time and Booking No. Thon Spectrum replied as below comment. "Is it easy to walk takes about 5 min. We arrange a Queen bed for you and your daughter.See you soon. " but when I arrived hotel, not available even double bed. so, we stayed twin bed. My disappoint is because of staff. He just don't believe my explanation and filnaly requested print out mail contents. I did and showed to mail contents and eventually he say 'sorry'. Hotel is service job and very important travel feel. Thon Spectrum staff spoil my travel. next day, I met one more upset japanese traveller due to room problem. She also received differnt room when she booked.

location very poor hotel, no carpet in the bath-room, no curtain and the water is everywhere when you want to take a shower. I had all my things completely wet. Standart furniture in the room. Istead of double-room we had two beds stayed one near one! And the very high price as for this service.

The hotel is near the rail station which is convenent.The price is very cheap because of the discount.The room is spacious and clean.The security is good because you need a key in the elevator. The shower will wet the floor.

A very good breakfast. The Norwegian prices are crazy comparing to the rest of Europe. At Saturdays it is very nosy till 3.00 A.M. (a nosy cafe with loud music is situated nearby).

Close walk from the central bus station (5 mins) and city centre (town hall 20 mins walk). Room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was included. Room was a little on the small side but for a weekend city trip it was fine.

The location is very convenient--just in the center of Oslo. Close to the Opera House and other sightseeings. The Staff was very helpful is providing me with information on how to get around and then back to the airport the next day. Not as good value for what I paid. The room was ok but nothing great comparing the price paid.
