The small room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great which lots to choose from. Both the breakfast and a free 4-hour internet card was included in the rate. When staying at the hotel you get a discount at the parking garage close to the hotel. The room was expensive for its size (200 euro for a single room). The area in which it's located is very central but the nightlife directly across the street of the hotel makes it very noisy and difficult to sleep for those who want to go to bed early. There are internal rooms available which are much more quiet. |

booking on line, cost and location; included breakfast was good I was given an "upgrade" to a handicapped room--this was fine. However one of the beds was so soft I couldn't sleep in it. |

Quiet room - but you must ask for it as there are noisy Tram lines at front. No this is a good sensible budget hotel for Oslo. |

Exellent staff and location. Ok breakfast. Exellent beds. The bathroom and toilet was too small, and the room was not as clean as it should be. The hotel was overbooked, so we had to wait for almost two hours before we could check in, even though we had made the reservation several weeks before. Not at all ok. |

They have excellent breakfasts and very helpful staff. They had free computer access in the lobby but not in the room, that would have been nice. Our experience was quite wonderful. |

Location was good. Food was good. Staff was helpful. I was suppsoed to have an air conditioned room..the first night it was very hot, a/c didn't work at all..we had to open windows...the trams ran every few minutes and we got almost no sleep. We did change rooms the next night, it was much better, but the a/c still did not work properly, but we did sleep better. |

Easy access to the city. The noise from local clubs going on until after 03.00hrs on both Friday and Saturday night was excessive. Particularly loud music, drumming and low bass. |

Clean and convenient for the centre of Oslo. It was good to have tea making facilities in the room. The hotel was over priced, and did not give a sense of generousity. Face flannels would be appreciated, and a bath as well as a shower would be apprediated. |

The Reception Staff were very helpful, patient and with the smile. Great location. The noise. The room was too noisy because the trams outside and the bar (discoteque) has been open until 3 am.Heating was not working in the room. 2 different type of rooms. The night receptionist ask for deposit during check-in 1000 NOK, he was very strict, would not accept EUR, cash or credit card, little bit strange at 2 am. |

Very helpful and courteus staff. Fantastic breakfast. Good location and handy bars and coffee shops opposite and just round the corner. room was not as pictures and was basic. Mattresses were filthy dirty. Nightclub opposite and very loud till 4am friday night (other nights were ok) Few techical issues with entry cards and lifts and also a small billing hitch. |

Enkelt og greit, og veldig sentralt. Skal du kun ha et rom for en natt sentralt i oslo, så er Hotel Stefan et godt og prisgunstig valg Bedre frokost buffe, og raskere innsjekk i resepsjonen. |
