Clean and convenient for the centre of Oslo. It was good to have tea making facilities in the room. The hotel was over priced, and did not give a sense of generousity. Face flannels would be appreciated, and a bath as well as a shower would be apprediated. |

The Reception Staff were very helpful,patient and with the smile. Great location. The noise. The room was too noisy because the trams outside and the bar (discoteque) has been open until 3 am.Heating was not working in the room. 2 different type of rooms. The night receptionist ask for deposit during check-in 1000 NOK, he was very strict, would not accept EUR, cash or credit card, little bit strange at 2 am. |

Very helpful and courteus staff. Fantastic breakfast. Good location and handy bars and coffee shops opposite and just round the corner. room was not as pictures and was basic. Mattresses were filthy dirty. Nightclub opposite and very loud till 4am friday night (other nights were ok) Few techical issues with entry cards and lifts and also a small billing hitch. |

sköna sängar, centralt läge toaletten läckte och det luktade illa på toaletten. det var störande ljud från spårvagnar utanför. AC:n var inte tillräcklig, så det var väldigt varmt på rummet |

Beste sengen jeg har ligget i. Stort sett fornøyd med alt Frokosten. Litt dårlig utvalg, det som skulle være varmt var kaldt. Hardkokte egg var bløtkokte. Noe de var hver dag. Helg og ørsk... |

Svært sentralt, rent og fint, enkelt - men bra! Det var veldig dårlig oppfølging på en bukse som jeg leverte til rens.. jeg måtte spørre etter den flere ganger og til slutt fikk jeg den tilbake skitten..Det kan sikkert strammes opp. Kanskje det kan hjelpe på atmosfæren å ha flere personell i skranken om morgenenen når mange skal sjekke ut samtidig, bestille drosje osv. Var alltid kø og litt "stressende" på morgenen |

Su ubicacion en el centro de la cuidad. Habernos dado una habitacion de fumadores, habiendo solicitado una de no fumadores, las instalaciones comunes inexistentes, falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. |

...dass es am Frühstücksbuffet frisches Obst gab und dass die MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich waren. Das Zimmer war sehr heiß (Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut) und sehr laut (Nachtleben auf der Straße) |
