Habitación limpia, personal amable y servicial, desayuno abundante y variado pero escasa bollería y dulce Oir en la habitación la música de la discoteca hasta altas horas de la madrugada |

A 2 minutos del centro, limpio, con wc separado del cuarto de baño (ducha y lavabo). En frente tiene un par de bares y se oye bastante el ruido por la noche. |

Es un hotel muy bien situado, limpio, con servicios en la habitación (paraguas, servicio de té/café, minibar) y un buffet de desayuno correcto. Está bien para una escapada de negocios o de ocio aunque sin excesivos lujos. Para los precios de Noruega, la relación entre su precio y lo que ofrece creo está bien. La habitación y el baño eran pequeños pero supongo que sucede con todos los hoteles que están en el centro de la ciudad. |

Su ubicacion en el centro de la cuidad. Habernos dado una habitacion de fumadores, habiendo solicitado una de no fumadores, las instalaciones comunes inexistentes, falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. |

Ubicación muy buena. Precio aceptable. Buen desayuno Increíble el ruido por al noche por una discoteca cercana. No existe la insonorización ni de la discoteca, ni del hotel. Por suerte nos pudieron cambiar de habitación la misma noche del ruido insufrible. |

The staff were courteous and there was a large breakfast available each morning until 11am. The location is very close to the National Gallery and the city center. During our stay over the weekend, the night club directly across the street played very loud music until 3am - both nights! We had very little sleep as a result, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the excessive noise and refused to move us. |

The small room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great which lots to choose from. Both the breakfast and a free 4-hour internet card was included in the rate. When staying at the hotel you get a discount at the parking garage close to the hotel. The room was expensive for its size (200 euro for a single room). The area in which it's located is very central but the nightlife directly across the street of the hotel makes it very noisy and difficult to sleep for those who want to go to bed early. There are internal rooms available which are much more quiet. |

Quiet room - but you must ask for it as there are noisy Tram lines at front. No this is a good sensible budget hotel for Oslo. |

Exellent staff and location. Ok breakfast. Exellent beds. The bathroom and toilet was too small, and the room was not as clean as it should be. The hotel was overbooked, so we had to wait for almost two hours before we could check in, even though we had made the reservation several weeks before. Not at all ok. |

They have excellent breakfasts and very helpful staff. They had free computer access in the lobby but not in the room, that would have been nice. Our experience was quite wonderful. |

Location was good. Food was good. Staff was helpful. I was suppsoed to have an air conditioned room..the first night it was very hot, a/c didn't work at all..we had to open windows...the trams ran every few minutes and we got almost no sleep. We did change rooms the next night, it was much better, but the a/c still did not work properly, but we did sleep better. |
