Stayed one night. Awesomely comfortable bed. Clean. Decent breakfast. Good location.

Some issues with (free) internet access during the evening, but worked fine most of the time. Would have liked some mini-milk cartons for tea/coffee in the room.

I was charged full 3 nights plus nok500 deposit from the very beginning, and the deposit was not been returned to me in a week time after check out, though the reception guy promised that nok500 will be returned in a second after I leave hotel. When -after a week time - I wrote email message to hotel asking to return my nok500 deposit, they immediately have taken all 3 nights amount from my card second time!!! I will never stay there again and do not recommend others.

Central location and good breakfast

Outdated rooms (the one I had certainly did not correspond to the photos). No possibility to open a window. The bathroom was very basic and had few toiletries.

Some things should be renewed in rooms

Nice staff and food. Very good location to the main Oslo sightseeings. Parking is available near by the hotel(25% discount for hotel guests).

Old plumbing and dirty rooms. Disgusting view from the window.

Mostly liked everything, staying 3rd time. Breakfest is very good, recomend. Nice staff, helped with changing the room.

Price was a bit to hight for a 3star hotel. Had received a room which I didn't like and had a very noisy fan, which was not able to switch off or down, but changed the room, and everything was ok.

I paid for my two rooms in full on departure,(399 euro) booking no.458864705 And 451166577. the hotel also took 536 euro security which is normal procedure they said and would be returned within 10 days. It is now the 20/2/13 and after 4 phone calls from Ireland at great expense the staff have been unhelpful and they have failed to respond to this issue .I have stayed at the hotel on previous occasions with my Norwegian and Irish friends and had no problem before. I am a regular visitor to Oslo and I am very disappointed customer.

Comfortable bed, and I got a quiet room.

The heater in the room did not work, neither the floor heating in the bathroom. When it´s -5 Celsius outside, it gets cold. Late check-in

There was not enough soap shampoo etc in the bathrooms which is particularly vad while on a citybreak as nowadYs it is not peitted to take liquids on ights so ypu had to pirchase them while over there

The location was first class. Wonderful breakfast. Nice room.

Reception services are wanting. One example: we wrote three emails prior to our visit regarding various queries. Not one email was answered. We queried this on arrival and received an indifferent reaction. The staff at reception are polite but not very user-friendly, they have to be pushed.

The staff were helpful.

Close to everything, you can walk to the night-life.

We stayed there two times - in the begining of our trip and in our last days in Oslo. That's good centrally located hotel for the travellers. Nice breakfast, helpfull staff, clean room but not so spacious that it can be.

The room was okay size, minibar good og pay per wiev.

One lady in reception that made me feel not welcome,night noise from disco. The city trainn you hear in morning time

It was quiet enough that I slept quite well. The staff was friendly and helpful. In a city where prices are outrageous, this deal was not bad.

There was no hotel room safe and the hotel safes were tiny.

Excellent location, very central. Breakfast was plentiful - good variety of foods and good quality. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Had coffee and tea facilities. Double glazed windows meant that although centrally located (my room was facing a pub), I barely noticed the street noise below.

Nothing negative to say about this hotel, good value for money.
