Helt greit Vi bodde på rom 305. Da vi kom inn I gangen utenfor rommet luktet det veldig mugg. Det var overraskende mye lukt. Inne på rommet var det ingen mugglukt. Her bør dere sjekke ur hva det kan være.

God beliggenhed I forhold til messen I Lillestrøm Betjening til morgenmad er ikke god. Personalet er ikke kvikke nok til at rydde op og sørge for nok mad, når der er store busselskaber, hvilket der var hver dag. I skal sørge bedre for jeres forretningskunder.

Normalt hotell med bra frukostbuffé enligt norsk standard, vänlig personal och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Bra att det finns en Egon-restaurant i närheten då hotellets egen restaurang är medioker. Valmöjligheter i meny och kvalitet på mat är som bäst medioker, iblan menlös. Rum med fönster mot innergården är dåligt isolerade så att alla ljud från bar/reception stör sent på kvällen.
