15 minutes walk from the station. Small room but clean and tidy. Breakfast was good quality.

It was a good location. The breakfastwas ok.

Room was in bad condition. NEEDED TO BE RENEWED. Both bathroom and the room was shabby. It was no ordinary toilet paper either.

Good choice budget hotel (by Norwegian standards). Right in city centre. Good selection for breakfast. Room comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Location, friendly staff, available computer for email, use of nice big umbrellas while there, nice lobby furniture for visiting relatives, good security with keys necessary for elevators, decent price for Trondheim, wonderful breakfasts.

The room (231) was very small, the twin beds were separated on two different walls. (not a deal breaker)

It was a poor experience, glass window, broken with Norvegian ticket hanwritten in local language only. Light in the bathroom did not exist. Shower in the dark. Finishing of the hotel are budget type.

The value for money is not justified.

the location was excellent. loved the free tea and coffee in the lobby and enyojed the breakfast. stayed for 5 days and had different menu for each day.

the hotel needs renovation. the bathroom looked horrible, some pices of the crane were missing, the hair drayer was from 70s.

Nice breakfast with a wide variety of food. Coffee and tea for free all day long. Tv in the room, an OK wireless Internet. I had a fridge in my room too. Helpful and pleasant staff.

I got a very small hotel room compared to other economy class single rooms. The are no activities in the hotel, e.g., swimming pool, restaurant, gym, that make a longer stay more pleasant.

All of your staff were extremely helpful, especially since we don't speak Norwegian. Breakfast was good.

Good, central, still quiet location in the city centre of Trondheim. Pretty standard but clean and nice rooms overlooking downtown Trondheim. Looks newly refurbished. Recommended for both single travellers as well as families. Good breakfast. Good quality/price ratio.

Nice, quiet hotel in the center of the city, clean rooms and possibility to make tea and coffee free of charge close to the reception. Delicious breakfast with large selection of different food (including delicious, warm bread).

It was quite a pity, that on the last day, when we were going back home very early we couldn't get our breakfast even 10 minutes earlier. The hotel doesn't have it's own car parking. However bathroom was clean, it was quite old and seemed like it needs to get refreshed.

Convenient for the Cathedral where I was attending an event for most of the time. Good standard of service and very pleasant staff.
