Ustedalen is ok for families and skiers. The breakfast was excellent! However, it is a bit run down and there is not much to do at the hotel. The hotel seems overprices for the standard provided.

The evening buffet was excellent, markedly better than the food service from a luxury hotel I stayed in Oslo. The hotel seemed to be favored by bus tours, so if encountering those groups is not what you want, you may look elsewhere. The staff nonetheless were very attentive to me during my stay.

The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was new. No noise from other rooms, so I had a good sleep. Breakfast was fine and staff was helpful. I would visit this hotel again. Good value.

Had a lovely time at the Hotel, helpful staff, good service (shuttle to and from the train station). Great buffet with prices competitive to other local restaurants. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean with enough storage, mainly for just sleeping in since there is plenty to to everywhere around.

Hyggelig mottakelse i resepsjonen. Meget bra dobbeltværelse med gode senger og sitteplass til flere personer. Unik utsikt til Geilo-dalen. Utmerket buffet om kvelden, dyktig musiker som underholdt. Standard frokost. Ellers ingen negative kommentarer.

Veldig god mat, fin beliggenhet, familievennlig. Vi reiste sammen med barn, barnebarn og svigerbarn som alle koste seg. Barnerom og basseng var og populært.

Bra standard, hyggelig og serviceorientert personale, god mat. En del stoler I spisesalen kunne med hell ha vært skiftet ut siden de ikke er helt rene I stoffet.

En rolig og avslappet atmosfære. Fint med gratis kaffe I en koselig peisestue, og ellers nok av aktivitetstilbud. Sengene var meget gode. Kjekt med oppvarmet sitteområde utenfor for røyking. Dårlig med tv-kanaler.

Zimmer gut und sauber, schönes Bad mit grosser Dusche und Fußbodenheizung. Grundsätzlich normale Bestückung des Frühstückes, allerdings schlechte Darbietung. Fisch wird in Dosen serviert und leere Dosen bleiben auf Buffet liegen, Butter steht stundenlang draussen und wird nicht gekühlt, nicht mehr essbar,Buffet wird zum Teil nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Servicepersonal eher unfreundlich.
