Nice family run hotel in a quiet part of the city. Nice breakfast

Well located in town with fine views westward. Free parking & WiFi as advertised.

Apathetic staff rarely seen. Upstair singles are very small due to sloping eves restricting headroom.. stay too long & you'll develop a hunchback. It would've been nice to have the invoice printed prior to check-out - 15mins faffing about with printers & rebooting your PC was amateurish & made me late for my meeting.

As one of very few hotels that we know of this one has a new wing with kitchen solution in 5 of their twin rooms. This makes it possible to enjoy the visit to the town without having to take all meals at restaurants. Something we enjoyed every day of our stay.

Ensuite was extremely small...we have never been in a hotel with as small a bathroom. The breakfast was very limited in variety and the food that should have been warm was cold. They had even run out of cornflakes and there was nobody available to serve more and had to go to reception to ask them to bring more.

Nice location on top of a hill. VERY friendly staff. A bit cold on the floors due to cold weather. Pretty basic hotel but good value for money.

The place is quite, no bar, but you can get cold beer if you work in the room. The breakfast is good, nice view from breakfast roo. Only 3 minutes walking to bars etc. Return is uphill, good to get rid of some calories. Slightly over priced, but so is everything in Norway

i stop in hotels in norway 5 days out of 7. for the price of this hotel it is crazey. the reason why i stoped it says its a family run hotel wich makes a choice from the choice hotels i stay in. when i got in the room the only place you can get drest is by the door. you can not stand up in the room appart from hear, and the bath roomm the bed was under the roof. crazey never again

Good size rooms, beautiful location: on the roof of Fredrikstad! Very central. Very good food, fantastic coffee at breakfast! Quiet! Incredible view from the breakfast room - you could easily forget to eat and just admire the view!

Would have liked an ordinary bar to sit in for a drink!

Det var ett veldig trivelig hotell med store rom, det var god frokost og fin utsikt. Man kan gå opp i tårnet å titte utover Fredrikstad..

Beliggenhet, personalet.

Frokostsalen var så liten at den hadde ikke plass til alle, likte heller ikke at vi måtte gå gjennom frokost salen for å komme til rommet eller for å gå ut.

God beliggenhet. Både fredelig plass,men samtidig nær byen. God frokost,hyggelig betjening.

Personellet og utsikten fra spisesalen er helt eksepsjonelle.

Savner bacon til frokost.

Dette var ikke et hotell for eldre,ingen heis,kjempe bratt og lang trapp opp til matsalen,å til rommet,damen som var med kom seg ikke opp til matsalen og vi måtte ha hjelp til å komme opp til rommet.Det sto ingen ting om at dette ikke er et hotell for eldre som er dårlig til beins.
