To nie jest hotel to apartamenty w starej pieknie odrestaurowanej willi miejskiej. Nasz miał taras na dachu .Lokalizacja obok pałacu królewskiego i parku . Spokojna ulica w centrum miastaumożliwia wypoczynek i zwiedzanie miasta pieszo. Obsługa grzeczna- 1 osobowa, ale kompetentna. |

the location and the facilities were excellent, and it was spotless. The free wifi was very useful for work purposes and worked without any problems. I also appreciated the list of places to eat. There are no staff at the building after 4pm or at the weekends and the exterior of the building is rather uninviting (it is in the middle of a tarmac car park, but once inside, the room was very good. |

The hotel is well situated. Offers fairly good value for money (Oslo standards!) The building is floodlit at night. The apartment I was in had poor widow covering so the room was lit quite brightly at night. The bed was located in a kind of loft, with steep steps to reach it, which you need to be reasonably agile climb. Definitely not recommended for older people, or anyone with any kind of movement impairment. |

Location is excellent - convenient to tram stop. Very private location. Poor maintenance of room - shower door fell off on day 2. Not fixed by the time we left, though reported. Freezer door would not close, so entire freezer is one block of ice - no usable. |

funky decor and nice layout. Kitchen and fridge made life easier Staff is pretty much non-existent. You'll never see them while you're there - you check yourself in and out. |

The hotel was in an excellent location, easy access to routes from airport and easy access to train / tram & Metro. The apartment was ideal for families but the cleanliness was poor. If housekeeping had spent a little longer during their changeover, I could have rated this facility as excellent. |

Heritage building divided into apartments in quiet location in leafy 19C high-class surburb close to Palace Park and No 19 Tram stop for fast access down-town (otherwise 20 min walk) High ceilings, large windows overlooking trees/ other gardens. Perfect for our first (3 night) stay in Oslo. Watch the times of 'reception' being open, otherwise initial access via key pads. If you have heavy luggage lift only from 1st landing. Our standard double studio had a high level 'platform' bed up steep narrow steps with no handrail. We thought this rather fun - taking us back to our student days in late 1960's. Others may be less impressed or even stuck ! Basic kitchen stuff - kettle but nothing to make tea or coffee in except plastic jug. No milk, or shower stuff. |

Fantastic location, lovely building and the room was very comfortable with everything you would need (tea, coffee, soap etc.). Lovely high ceilings and very tall windows. Compact but extremely well thought out space. I arrived on a Saturday, there was no staff there, however we didn't need any assistance since the instructions to access the apartment were very clear. |

Well refurbished graded property in a perfect location - quiet, atmospheric, close to amenities. Rooms/apartments were lacking a few basic items that would make life easier for guests and management - basic cleaning supplies to be precise (dish soap, broom) |

a very good location close to the city centre in a nice district, a simple but nice and comfortable room with all necessary equipment for a several day stay, the absence of personnel - it does feel like you stay not in a hotel room but in a little apartment downtown oslo |

The hotel is a beautiful building and is well located, close to parks and shops. The room facilities (kitchen, washing machine) is very useful for those who plan to stay several days in the city. Hot water is just enough for one person's shower, so if you are a couple, you need to wait a bit until the second one can have his/her shower. Curtains are too small and a lot of light from the streets come inside the room during the night. This can upset those who like to sleep in dark rooms. |

I liked the location, and our room was perfect-- comfy, airy, and practical. The bed was so comfortable. One night at 4am, a couple of guys banged on our window and tried to get into the building, so we called the police and they left. If they had been more aggressive about getting into the building, then our security would have become an issue. |
