Good location, friendly receptionist Caroline Beds were too soft and uncomfortable, dust on the bed stands, water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature varied from cold to lookewarm

Good location within walking distance of National theater, Aker Byragge, palace etc. Staff were quite helpful. Room was functional and value for money. The hotel did not have an adapter for charging computer and other appliances I was carrying, and although the staff tried they were not able to locate one until second day of my stay. Hotel did not have a good place for inviting someone for a meeting.

Very good location - near many caffeine & Bars (work till night) and 24h shops also near train station - close way to airport and other town's Very nice region - many interesting building's, park's Good facilities - in room you have free coffee and tea

Great beds and room interior! Perfect breakfast. Staff should undergo some additional training or better - fire the "morning" guy in the reception - wrong person , totally lacks service mindedness. The other staff members didn't give an impression of professionals either.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the town centre and accessible by tram/bus to all other locations. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. The reception and stairway were pretty shabby and could do with refurbishing

Always a pleasant accommodation, with comfortable and clean facilities. The hotel is quiet so a good night's sleep is possible. The bathrooms are not full of wasteful products but are clean and pleasant. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Breakfast is always enjoyable. Prices are always reasonable. I can always trust Best Western when booking, even if I have not used the particular hotel before

its pretty central, rooms ok. Comfy bed which was main thing. Really good breakfast selection. its a bit dated, rooms could be updated for the price. little things like tv looked like it was going to fall off the stand, hairdryer plug had to be held in to socket while using it, no storage space and shower took ten minutes to heat up.

The hotel is comfortable, no luxury but perfect for weekend break. Location is ver y good close to embassies. Breakfast is great. The only thing is that we booked and requested one king size bed and we got 2 single beds...the rest, very good 7.5/10

The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. We had to cancel the first night of our stay at late notice and they didn't charge us for it. The breakfast was fantastic! It has a really great location in the peaceful west end.
