Location

The hotel´s staff cut out the electric power during whole day, so the temperature is unbearable. The food is low quality and the personal is unfriendly. Is a backpackers hotel with a four star price.

All the staff we very friendly and a superb hotel, excellent position for Pokhara Lakeside.

Nothing I can think of

Good comfortable rooms, great gardens, fantastic views of the mountains from the room.

1. The food - breakfast not really very good 2. The bar covered in graffiti - not good at all! 3. Very restricted wifi access

Good value for excellent hotel facilities, including lovely outdoor swimming pool. Close to lake & main shopping street with many restaurants. Able to organise trips from hotel - would recommend Sarankot for sunrise over the mountains & half-day city tour, both of which were just the two of us, guide & driver. The guides spoke excellent English & were very knowledgeable.

Für mich persönlich als Einzelreisenden waren etwas zu viele Kinder da - andererseits zeichnet das das Hotel als Kinderfreundlich aus.

Уютный отель, в 5 мин хотьбы от озера. Дружелюбный персонал, хорошие завтраки, шоу-программа каждый вечер.

Номера и мебель староваты.

ко всем ценам в баре надо добавлять 24%, но об этом узнаешь только при расплате, об этой наценке нигде не сказано ни слова. в результате все цены получаются вдвое дороже, чем в любом окресном ресторане (и в 4 раза дороже, чем в соседнем магазине)

Hotel Barahi is a really clean and very comfortable hotel that is set up in an open space around a pool. The rooms are especially nice as they are very clean and provided all that we needed. The balcony is nice to chill out and enjoy the view of trees and mountains in the far distance. The hotel in itself does not have a very special character to it, all rooms seem more or less the same and all looks quite european. There is some fruit and cookies in the room to have and you get two bottles of mineral water which is nice. The staff at the reception is very smiley and friendly and they make you feel very welcome. Wifi is available for free at The Bakery Shop attached to the hotel. Concluding, it is a good, clean and comfortable hotel with a standard european look to it. Tip: have breakfast in one of the nice places on lakeside street.

The one thing that really wasn't nice is the breakfast. Lost of Nepali food (must be good if you are up for it early in the morning..), there are other fat foods, english style (haven't tried this), the pancakes are dried out, the fruit doesn't taste good. However you can order eggs that will be made for you by a cook and it tastes fine. Around the breakfast area the staff is not very radiant and happy which is in contrast tot the smiley people at the reception. The matras on the bed is a little hard. There are lots of birds around the hotel which feels like you must be in a rainforest, only these animals wake you up quite early..

Their free wifi was never working. Their paid wifi is expensive.

受付の人は押しなべて親切だった。

停電で昼間エアコンが数時間止まっていた。冷蔵庫は最初から電源が入ってなかった。停電で酷暑の昼間にはプ- ールは物凄い人口密度で入れなかった。元々水も濁っていて入れなかったが。設備や朝食からすれば値段が高め- だった。

Personeel - vooral chauffeur / gids was erg goed. Prachtig uitzicht.

Hygiene was erg slecht en ondanks 4 sterren echt geen 4 sterren waard - bedden hard en vies, ook stonk het er.
