The staff were helpful. The noise. Sound travelled through the entire hotel, at all hours. Beds were solid. The price is too much for what you get. Wifi wasn't consistent. The manager was unhelpful and a little rude when we requested to check out early. Told us that we should expect the same in all other hotels in the area, although we'd been travelling for 2 weeks and stayed on 2 other hotels in the same area and had no problems.

The communication in English with the staff is almost impossible. The was no heating in cold weather. The price of 70 dollars per night is much too high for this category of hotel

Friendly staff, even though their english wasn't very good. Poor breakfast, not very clean, there's a tempel close by where they started to ring in bells at 4.30 am and contibued all morning, not close to Thamel, the layout of the bathroom makes the whole bathroom wet when taking a shower - including the toilet paper, hard bed.

It is an oasis among the dust, noise and filt of the city. Breakfast manu is barely adequate. There are some items not available for the five mornings we were there.
