It is located close to the lake and has great views of the Annapurna from its rooms and terrace. The food and service in the hotel was good, the rooms and toilets were well maintained and clean. The staff and management is friendly and helpful, provided wake-up service for the early morning trips, packed breakfast in clean and hygienic manner.

Power supply is erratic, and most of the lights in the room were non-functional or of very low wattage making the rooms look gloomy in the evening.

The road to the Hotel from the Main road is quite bumpy.

Fantastic views of the mountains including Annapurna

How much can you find something you like - but is not the point. I have not found it.

A little cold in the winter season

I liked the location of the hotel. It was situated near Phewa Lake, which itself provides an idyllic location. However, it was quite far from all the other main attractions like World Peace Pagoda; Mahendra Lake; Mahendra Cave; Devi's Fall and Sarangkot. However, given this limitation, its still good because you could use the local taxis for tour around the city, which comes out to be quite reasonable.

The breakfast was the same everyday, and if one is on a budget tour, he/she would get really bored with the mundane variety.

Good location. Only 5 minutes drive from the airport. It's located near to the Phewa lake, but on the quiet side. I could see the fishtail peak from my room. The room is big, simple, and clean. The hot water is available most of the time. Breakfast is fairly good.

I wrote an email to the hotel, asked them arrange the airport shuttle, plus I asked the receptionist at my hotel to make a call to comfirm my arrival and the shuttle service, but no one came. I ended up by taking taxi to the hotel. It's about only 5 minutes drive, but the taxi driver charged us npr200. However, the staff at the hotel offered me a payment to the taxi driver.

Friendly helpful staff, location within 80 metres of the lakeside road up a quiet side lane.Hot showers worked (something not always available in Nepal).

If you get them to give you a wake up call be sure to set your own alarm to as they forgot our call. Also if you get the reception to reconfirm a bus ticket (necessary for the Pokara to Kathmandu buses) be sure to check that they got this done (ours was not but we managed to get on another bus)

Excellent hospitality by the staff and service as and when required. Reception manager Mr Ramesh friendly behavior makes itore comfortable and homely atmosphere. It is like home away from the home.

there were no lifts in any of the hotels in nepal.

The staff was very cooperative. The view of the mountains from the room provided was excellent. The location is ideal in Pokhara - being near to Phewa Lake. The food was good, ambience nice. Overall good value for your money.

The only irritating thing was the frequent power failures in Pokhara. The Nepal Govenment should take care of this matter. The hotel can ensure that their DG is sufficient to provide power.

the staff was good, the rooms are good with beaufitul view, but the rooftop could have been made more user friendly with shading. the showers are good, power shower but still not very nice, needs maintanence

The value of money is good .. the location is good.. Staff r friendly but again be carefull while cheaking out n know what is going to be paid for ur bill..

The electricity keeps cutting off for almost 4 hrs a day. The cleaning staff may use ur personal items in the room I.e perfumes ..etc. While checking out, one of the staff was trying to cheat me off by adding 10% more despite that it is added in the the total price!!

The location is good and the view is very nice as you can see fishtail from your room window. Tv reception is good and the room was well provided with chairs, a table and even a coat hanger.

The carpeted flooring wasn't so ideal for me. Wifi connection was very slow as I couldn't even do video calls via Skype or FaceTime.

The staff were very helpfull. Wi-Fi was very good all the time, enjoying breakfast at un open air garden of the hotel The hotel location is very close to the lake and restaurants.

good customer service

Not only did we stay there once, but we actually went back to stay there after the concert in Fulbari was finished. Staff are extremely friendly and will help you with anything you want. Wifi, a/c, good beds, nice balconys for the rooms

If I had to say something it would be the food but then again there are restaurants all over and food at the hotel was never a priority

Chambre salle et bruyante (groupe pour l'électricité) Vu un rat dans la chambre Personnel lourd et peu professionnel. Surtout ne pas y prendre un trekking Dirty and noisy room Rats in the room Not serious at all, dont take a trekk here! U can find better whith a few dollars more

酒店位置比较好，天气好的时候可以直接看到鱼尾峰，但我们运气不好，没有看到，老板会说点中文，三人间房间- 很大，干净舒适，价格也不贵，绝对物超所值。- 而且也是唯一我们在尼泊尔能看到中文电视的酒店。

Wifi在房间有些地方收不到

Manager Ramesh en zijn staf zijn zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en ook zorgzaam voor hun gasten. Ze zijn zeer tegemoetkomend en doen werkelijk alles om je het naar de zin te maken. Het hotel ligt rustig in een zijstraatje, maar na 100 meter lopen ben je aan de gezellige straat langs het phewa-meer.

Wie hoge eisen stelt aan hygienische omstandigheden, zal dat in Nepal neerwaarts dienen bij te stellen. Helaas -in heel Nepal- dien je goed op het schema te letten, wanneer er geen electriciteit is. Belangrijk voor de dames die gewend zijn hun haartjes te föhnen.

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée, le lit confortable, le jardins pour prendre le petit déjeuner, lumineux et très chouette. Le site est parfait, juste à côté du lac et de la rue commercial, mais suffisamment en retrait pour être tranquille.

La carte du déjeuner est un peu limitée. Sinon rien à redire.

There is no doubt that it is a nice hotel, most staffs are men, very kind and friendly, the view in the room is excellent, but I suppose if the weather is not nice then maybe such view will be missed. The room also looks very clean and it is good that there is air-conditioned since at the noon time weather is hot. Generally speaking, lodging in this hotel I felt much comfortable, sitting at the roof-top garden enjoying the sunset also makes me unforgettable…
