hotel that we booked through you is not upto the mark 1. normal drinking water is not supplied 2. no heating arrangement of the room is not there 3. in bath room ground water is there it should be filtered properly 4. restorant service is requires improvement rest is understandable regards

Friendly staffs. Helpful tripadvise and tour arrangements. Location is OK if you like shopping and dining. Good food from the attached restaurant, but make sure they are not very busy!!!

All rooms are not equally good and clean. Needs a minor renovation of bathrooms and electrical works in some rooms.

The Hotel is located at the center of Town(Thamel), which is good for us. the staff are brilliant and the food is good as well. Mr Bishnu arrange us short trek which is absolutely fantastic. So I highly recommended this hotel for the other traveler who is planning to go to Nepal.

i didn't like anything about kathmandu view,first of all i booked for three days but,i stay two days at there,they charged three days.

no foods,no electricity,very poor room service.

The hotel is in good location. Service is excellent and good value for money. Very convenient and can book the trekking right here. Free airport pick up is superb and the food is gorgeous. Having dinner here everyday. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is now under new management and can see the difference from previous stay.

It is nice 2 stay at this Hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and they are happy to help us. it is situated Thamel town which is good 4 shopping and chilling at night. and finally Mr Bishnu arrange good trip 4 us. i highly recomanded this place to stay ur holiday.,

The airport pickup service is free and very good. The lobby manager is a kind-hearted man. He gave us much advice about taxi price from hotel to viewpoint, and very good service for our stay.

Good personnel, suitable place of the location

The comfort repugnent. Did not work tank of the bowl, light bulb blazed in one central decorated ceiling only, did not work breaker in shower and T.D.

Katastrophe! Wir sind spät angekommen und waren übermüdet, sonst wären wir sicher wieder gegangen. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, das war aber einfach ein 25qm Raum in den noch 2 weitere überflüssige Betten gestellt worden waren. Das Bad war ecklig dreckig und kaputt: Klositz lose, Lampe kaputt, lose Drähte. Der Teppich ... ich habe lieber meine Badelatschen anbehalten und alle Laken und Kopfkissen waren fleckig. Eine tote Katerlake lag rum. Das Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht und der einzige Ausblick war auf einen Schacht im Hof. Nun wäre das für ein billiges Guesthouse durchaus normal in Nepal, dieses Hotel macht aber gerade Werbung damit etwas gehobenener zu sein. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Wochen in Nepal und dieses Hotel war wirklich das schrecklichste. Auch die anderen Qualitäten dieses "Business Hotels" waren mangehaft. Das Wireless Netzwerk existiterte einfach nicht, im ganzen Raum fanden wir keine Steckdose und die Lampen waren laut summende Neonröhren. 8 Stunden Stromausfall täglich wie üblich in Nepal - aber viele etwas bessere Hotel haben deswegen einen Generator. Ohne den macht auch die Klimaanlage nicht viel Sinn. Das Frühstücksbuffett existierte nicht und wir mussten aus einer kleinen Speisekarte auswählen. Die Angestellten können nichts dafür, wollten unsere Beschwerden aber nicht verstehen und waren auch nicht bereit eine Beschwerde aufzunehmen.

Excellent! Very good location - walking distance to everything, from food to shopping to book shop to convenient store and etc. Kathmandu View Hotel's team, from the manager to it's cleaners all seems to have the friendliest smile on their face at all time, very hospitable. One of the thing that hotel impresses both my friend and I was where the moment we place our online booking, I received an immediate phone call from it's manager who verbally confirms our booking assuring that the bookings is done and confirm! We truly appreciated this because we've only make our booking at a last minute. First reaction after the call was, 'wow so efficient'. Other than sight seeing around Kathmandu city we also sign up a short trekking trip with the hotel tour company which Raj manages. The trekking went really well, our guide and porter had done a real good job taking care of us through out the whole short trekking trip, it was a wonderful experience that we've enjoyed so much. I have just came back from the trip but am already considering when to revisit hotel kathmandu and the mountains again. Thank you fellow friends of hotel kathmandu, we'll see you very soon.
