Located just in the heart of Thamel.

Located not as specified on booking.com. Staff is eager to rip you off in any possible way (bus tickets with 200% surcharge; hotel's driver charging 5 times of a regular fare). Is much (3 times) cheaper should you just stop by from the street.

* Excellent central location but quite enough; * clean & comfortable rooms with both a/c and fan; * extremely well value for money!

* Rather small terrace (with a view to famous Helena's restaurant!) - while other hotels in ktm usually have very nice rooftop garden; * there is a hot&cold shower, but no shower cabin, so water flows on the floor of the WC room... for Ktm it's maybe usual, but for me it seem to be a bit uncomfortable

Mr. Giri was handling customers nicely. Rooms were good. Food served as per expectations & good. Taxi arrangements, tickets and tour bookings are managed efficiently.

Water in bathroom was smelling bad. Bath tub was not getting drained & dirty. Hot water tank needs cleaning and was supplying rusty water with bad smell. No intercoms in rooms. Hefty Room charges not commensurate with the facilities available. Not trained hotel staffs.

I love this place. Staff is so friendly and service is good. Rooms are good and clean. I defently go back to Pariwar. Regads, Didi :)

Really friendly staff. Possibilities to arrange trekkings to Evert, Annapurna and Langtang: good and enthousiastic guides! I really felt safe and happy all time. Centrally located in Thamel. Breakfast is good and the roof terrace is really nice to start and end your day at. The rooms offers good and clean accommodation. Even towels and toilet papers which is rare in Nepal. Definitely recommend Pariwar B&B in Thamel-Kathmandu.

The rooms at the front of the b&b are a little bit noisy, because of hard music which is played till 10pm and cars/motorcycles driving through the streets all day and night.

This was my second stay in this hotel and I must say that the service was as great as the first stay, The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, It is really family style management. They recently started renovation and improvement on their roof terrace which was already great, I guess it will then be even better once they complete it. Ram the manager also run tour agency, this is extremely helpfull, I was able to arrange all my trecks and visit without running into the city. Everything was arrange for me, I just had to wake up at the right time for my pcik up at the hotel directly. Definitly not the most difficult for me..... So I could only recommend this hotel (which I rarely do).

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Pariwar B&B is centrally located in Thamel and is close by to many nice restaurants. The room was extremely big for me - two beds - single and double. I loved the fact that the room also had air conditioning. For early check outs, there are many taxis downstairs. Highly recommend Pariwar B&B for any budget travellers. The rooms are extremely clean.

Fist of all thank you for making our trip so wonderful but the only thing we had a problem is at the first day of check in our room was not available for us.Any how they manage to shift to other hotel but I expect the same standard which was not fulfill so I got little bit upset, but next day we were transferred to Pariwar hotel and everything was fine. Other thing I liked about Pariwar hotel the bed style is wonderful and also the standard of the room nice and comfortable so hope to stay again in the future. Want to thanks one more time to booking.com. Have a great day :) !

The staff was so frindly and accomodating all our requests. Mr. Amish helped us to arrange a treck in a mountain with all the facilities (guide, accomodation, meals..) according to our budget and to our interests. The location of the hotel is great, I will definitly use the same hotel for my next trip in Nepal.

酒店的冷·热水出水充满锈蚀味，几乎无法使用。床单不洁。

酒店位于商业中心区，晚上有卡拉ok很吵。价格贵的没有道理。

身处泰米尔区中心位置，吃饭和购物非常方便，出门便是繁华的泰米尔中心区，室内房间布置很有尼泊尔风格，早- 餐区有一个可以晒一天太阳的露台，在这个区域- 找到这个酒店算是性价比不错的啦！老板经常都在，可以提供大量的旅游和食宿信息。由于我们要赶早班飞机，7- ：30就出发了，一问才知道8点以前没有早餐- 供应的，但是你可以和员工讨价还价，把早餐的费用适当作一点减免。

在Booking网上的地址标注错了，所以我和朋友背着大包小包的行李在错误的地址处耽误了2个多钟头，到- 了酒店我和老板沟兑过此事，他也向我们表达了- 诚挚的歉意，作为补偿，把我和老公原来订的那间作了升级的大床房间。

Les moins: baignoire bouchees. Eau de couleur jaune avec odeur de rouille. Pas d eau chaude. chambre donnant sur la rue: bruyant jusqu a 21h apres calme.

Posizione eccellente a Thamel, comodo a tutti I tipi di negozi e servizi (banche, taxi, supermercati, ecc). Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale: non è certamente un hotel di lusso ma la camera era pulita, l'acqua della doccia era sempre calda e, tenendo anche conto della situazione generale del paese, tutto questo non è da poco. Staff simpatico e cordiale anche se a volte si ha la sensazione che la loro simpatia sia proporzionale alla quantità di soldi che si è disposti a spendere da loro (il mito dell'accoglienza orientale cede il passo al business). In ogni caso ci siamo trovati bene e il giudizio nel complesso è più che buono. Tra l'altro verso la fine del nostro soggiorno hanno intrapreso lavori di ristrutturazione (ad esempio della terrazza-area colazione) quindi credo che la struttura migliorerà.

La nostra camera si affacciava direttamente sulla strada e in particolare su un negozio di musica nepalese che sparava giorno e notte (fino a più delle 10) musica molto...nepalese (ben lontana dai nostri gusti): impossibile andare a fare una sosta! Se potete scegliete camere che si affacciano da qualche altra parte. Attenzione alle escursioni: hanno tutte le gite che si possono desiderare ma a noi per organizzare un'escursione nel parco nazionale hanno chiesto una certa cifra mentre in un'agenzia trovata "sulla strada" hanno chiesto esattamente la metà (e ci siamo poi trovati benissimo), cioè una bella differenza. Ultimo appunto: abbiamo chiesto il cambio degli asciugamani E... ci hanno ridato I nostri! Quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno detto di tornare dopo più di un'ora e alla fine sono andati a prenderli da un'altra camera che era vuota. Comunque se non si è disposti ad adattarsi un po', meglio lasciar perdere il Nepal e non solo questo hotel!

booking.com上支付了34美元的房间，我觉得应该是当地不到10美元的水平。酒店所处的地方没有任何景观，寝具的- 卫生是绝大部分中国游客接受不了的。水是黄的。

Pariwar truly gives you a homestay feeling.The staff is extremely helpfull in anything you ask them. When sitting on the roof terrace they come over and offer tea or coffee and ask if all is ok, anything we can do?! Service, personal attention and a family feeling! It made my stay. The location could not be better in the middle of Thamel. Little noisy at times, but walking distance from all you need. Definately recommend this place! I stayed for 3 nights, but could have stayed much longer! So, in short definately worth the money, excellent stay.

Not really. Just for you to know... the concept is B&B, which means they serve breakfast but no dinner. Byt this is not a problem as there are lots of great restaurants very nearby!

Buena atencion. Ubicacion muy centrica.

Ubicado en una calle muy ruidosa. La habitacion Deluxe no tiene nada especial, solo que tiene 3 camas, y nosotros eramos 2 asi que no nos sirvio de nada. El baño muy feo. Las sabanas no me dieron impresion de limpieza. La gente que se alojaba eran muy ruidosos. Habia mucho ruido de la discoteca de al lado por la noche. Me suelo fiar de las opiniones de Booking y por lo que ponia me esperaba algo mejor. Me ha decepcionado mucho.
