I liked the cleanliness and quirky deco in the rooms and dining area. It was a nice peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Thamel but still offers prime access when you want to go out on the town.

No facilities such as steam room and breakfast was not to the expectation of 4 star hotel.

I had excellent stay, truly royal. Best service I ever met in hotels, and what is surprising - positive attitude to my special requests. If you wish to have 24 hours electricity and internet in Kathmandu - it's your only choice. Special thanks to the chief cook and hoteliers team.

I’ve been to Kathmandu and stayed at Royal Penguin Boutique hotel. What a lovely place! I’ve been treated like a queen Beatrix from the first minutes of my arrival. The staff is so friendly in this hotel! They’ve met me by jeep at the airport, and when I arrived they have put a red carpet on the floor! Welcome drink was very refreshing. The room is so sweet, very nicely decorated. I had all the comfort I had wished for. The breakfast was delicious, the people are friendly, everything was new and functioning well. Good wi-fi. The room is very nice, with a balcony from where I could see Thamel streets. I was very satisfied to stay here. Great service!

The room could be a little bit bigger. But in general I was satisfied with everything.

Deeply fascinated with this place. Extremely good service and extraordinary design! The rooms are extremely comfortable - big, fresh and light. Stable WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Hot water and electricity are available without interruptions, what is quite unusual for Kathmandu. And the way they treat guest is really amazing. I felt very special when I stayed at the hotel. They even put for me red carpet on arrival! The hotels roof-park also is cute and nice.There is small pond and waterfall there. A nice place to admire the start at the evening. I have traveled a lot but this place is outstanding. Fully deserve 4*, maybe even 5.

I think the marble floors in the corridors look too pompously. Personally I would prefer carpets.

员工很热情。酒店的位置很好。去加都的杜巴广场走路约十分钟，去泰米尔购物五分钟路程，去成都饭店吃中餐也- 很近。酒店的设施在中国充其量也就二星的水平。确要一百美元一晚!当然，在加都您不能太讲究，要想少花银子，就得将就着点儿。这个酒店的好处是不存在停电，二十四小时有热水- 洗澡。上网有保证，干净。早餐是点餐，味道可以。购物，去吃中餐方便。

价格太高!晚上有些吵!

Großartiges Design-Hotel. Alles glänzend, neu und sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und super toll eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack und Fantasie. Und der Service war einfach Spitze! Eigentlich, der beste, den ich je in einem Hotel erlebte. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass es ausgerechnet in Nepal passieren kann :) Es hat schon am Flughafen angefangen. Wegen meiner Knieverletzung konnte ich nicht richtig gut laufen. Und es war echt super, dass der Hotelfahrer auf uns schon in der Ankunftshalle wartete und mir ins Auto half. Nach 40 Minuten Fahrt standen wir schon in der Lobby. Mann, alles sah fantastisch aus! Das Hotelpersonal begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und rollte uns den roten Teppich aus. Danach bat man uns einen "Wellcome-Drink" unserer Wahl an. Es gab sogar meinen Lieblings-Zitroneneistee. Der Empfangsmitarbeiter hat mir wegen meinem Knie gleich eine Wellnessbehandlung angeboten und meinte, dass die Masseuse diesmal gerne zu uns ins Zimmer kommen kann, um mir den Weg in den Spa-Bereich zu ersparen. Das war echt nett, und ich hab sein Angebot auch in Anspruch genommen. Die Massage war sehr angenehm und entspannend, genau das richtige nach dem langen anstrengenden Flug. Das leckere Abendessen wurde für uns danach im Zimmer serviert, und wir konnten es entspannt und gemütlich genießen. Wegen dem Jetlag bin ich in der Nacht schon um 4 Uhr morgens aufgewacht und hatte auch Riesenhunger. Ich fand es super, dass sie da auch nachts niemanden verhungern lassen. Es gibt also eine Nacht-Speisekarte. Ich suchte da nach etwas leckerem und nach 20 Minuten konnte ich schon meinen Salat mit warmem Brot genießen. Und glücklich wieder eingeschlafen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel, vor allem mit der Freundlichkeit und der Kompetenz der Angestellten. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich in Kathmandu bin, buche ich hier direkt einen längeren Aufenthalt.

1. Прежде всего бросается в глаза дизайн. Сразу видно, что люди подумали о том, как сделать проживание тут приятным. И комнаты, и ресторан, и лобби и даже лестницы сделаны со вкусом и совершенно не похожи на все остальное, что я видел. Одна картинная галерея по коридорам чего стоит. Подсветка. Дизайн номеров не возьмусь и описывать - там много всего, что делает проживание роскошным - он необычных навесных потолков до красивых настенных инсталляций. 2. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная 3. Парк на крыше очень красивый и удобный - необычные скамейки (как я понял, из корней дерева), удобные для сидения качели, пруд, водопад - и все в центре Катманду, да еще на крыше:) 4. Круглые сутки горячая и холодная вода, бесплатный вай-фай, электричество - я как-то отвык от того, что такое может быть в Тамеле. 5. Персонал чрезвычайно дружественный. Некоторые вещи вызывают искреннее изумление - красная дорожка при заселении-выселении, выбор вкусного бесплатного напитка при чек-ине (а не безвкусная муть как бывает обычно), настольный флаг России в номере, открытка с поздравлением на русском (!) языке. Выбор степени общительности - это вообще нечто:) В ресторане я могу выбрать табличку (неразговорчив), и официанты будут минимально меня отвлекать. Можно и наоборот:) 6. Сауна, массажка, качалка. Кстати, качалка выглядит небольшой, но оч удобная и вполне хватает. 7. Ресторан работает до полуночи, а для проживающих тут - 24 часа. Нравится то, что нет этого тупейшего правила "завтрак до 11". Завтракать можно хоть в полночь. 8. Нравится забота о туристах и с точки зрения тишины. На этажах таблички "тихая зона". Стекла в номерах, кстати, двойные. 9. Отель ВООБЩЕ НЕКУРЯЩИЙ!!!Я в экстазе. Наконец-то НИГДЕ не воняет куревом. Запрещено, причем очень строго, курение везде на территории отеля - ни на балконах, ни на крыше, в общем нигде. Вообще все не перечислишь. Просто чувствуешь себя на самом деле в Отеле с большой буквы, это приятно.

1. Нет лифта. Ну мне это все равно, в общем 2. Мне больше всего тут хотелось бы жить в пентхаусе - этот номер прямо посреди парка на крыше, но такой номер здесь, увы, всего один, и получить его непросто, надо видимо заранее бронировать. У меня в этот раз не получилось

저희는 네팔을 여행하면서 다른 호텔에서 로얄 펭귄 호텔로 옮겨 하루 머물렀습니다. 저희는 10살짜리 자녀와 함께 슈퍼 디럭스 3인실을 사용했습니다. 객실은 멋진 장식 덕분에 아주 좋았고 아늑했습니다. 전력, 온수 또는 인터넷 연결에 관한 문제는 전혀 없었으며 TV 채널은 많았습니다. 서비스는 기대 이상이었으며 직원은 정말 예의 바르고 친절했습니다. 저희는 카트만두에서 할 수 있는 활동과 카트만두의 유명한 곳을 추천 받았습니다. 호텔은 아주 조용하고 평화로웠으며 타멜의 상점과 레스토랑에 가까이 있었습니다. 레스토랑의 서비스는 좋았으며 음식도 맛있었습니다. 이 호텔을 선택하길 잘 한 것 같고 그만한 가치가 있었으며 또한 가족끼리 여행할 때 좋은 것 같습니다.

They look after customers very friendly, especially The Manager named Mr. Tashi and Assistant Manager Ms Laxmi..I would return to this hotel and recomend to others. Food is very good.Being Vegetaians we enjoyed food.
