Great location, great staff, great breakfast. The room was nice and simle, like visiting your grandma in the village :) It was clean, with nice clean bathroom. The sheets were a bit stained, but ok, and the pillows very hard, but maybe it is possible to change them. We were there only one night, so it didnt matter that much. It is located in the touristic area, with a lot of shops and you can also walk to see some beautiful squares nearby. Excelent value for the money!

The location of Siesta House is fantastic. We were in walking distance of everything in Thamel. The guys working there are welcoming and very helpful.

A great guest house in the very center of Thamel. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. They serve a good continental breakfast and can make tea at any time. We've stayed for 3 nights and then returned for several more - they gave us a more quite room (with a clean bathroom and a fan) and made a little discount. The sheets might be cleaner... Dogs barking around at night and especially in the mornings are really disturbing - though that's the case in many places in Nepal :)

This was my third visit,which speaks for itself.Overall if you want to stay in Thamel its excellently placed.The staff are more than helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Though the showers were not always hot,the regular power cuts in Kathmandu didnt help. I will stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated within a small street right off the main road - thus it is possible to enjoy breakfast on the terrace infront of the hotel without noice and dust from the main street.

Okazało sie że cena za pokój jest wygórowania , pokój nie odpowiadął opisowi - zamiast 3 łóżek były 2 skasowali za 2 sniadana - dali jedno - za pick up z lotniska miał byc za 7 dol - skasowali 10 przy kilejnym noclegu mimo uzgodnionej ceny 15 dol chcieli skaować 25 - na ścieanach w pokuju grzyb koce śmierdzące a pościel niedoprana

Op zich is de locatie goed, midden in Thamel de wijk waar je ongeveer alles kunt kopen en dicht bij de luchthaven Nou ongeveer alles, keiharde bedden, shabby (echt de laagste klasse van comfort, netheid, geluidshinder, en bediening personeel) Ze waren wel vriendelijk maar enorm traag met alles, lampen kapot, enorme herrie van de generator, een smerige badhanddoek in de badkamer, enz. enz. Ik ben er na 1 nacht weggegaan, ik had nauwelijks geslapen vanwege de herrie en de keiharde bedden.

Dit hotel/guesthouse is niet iets wat ik wie dan ook aan zou bevelen. De eerste dag hoorden we bij aankomst dat er geen kamers voor ons waren en werden we naar een nabijgelegen guesthouse gebracht, wat iig beter was. De bedden/matrassen zijn keihard, in mijn kamer was het geluid van de generator vreselijk, dat zoemde rond, het is zowiezo erg herrie-achtig, geluidsoverlast. Staf is niet al te slim, ontbijt is op zich wel goed maar duurt een eeuwigheid allemaal. Toiletten zijn met touwtjes gerepareerd, bril stond half omhoog, de kamer stonk, het bed en de kussens stonken, kortom een onplezierige nacht en een beetje een viezige bedoening allemaal. Na klachten en contact met Booking.com in the UK daar weggegaan en naar een ander hotel/guesthouse vertrokken, ik was geradbraakt.

Бронировали гест на одну ночь. Выбор определился по предыдущим отзывам-спасибо всем, кто не поленился хотя бы кратко написать.Понравилось-месторасположение в тупичке в самом центре Тамеля.Соотношение цена/качество. Персонал доброжелателен, как впрочем в большинстве гестов. Free Wi-Fi-опять же в этом году мы эту опцию встречали повсеместно.Качество и скорость трафика очень зависят от месторасположения комнаты.Завтрак включен в стоимость. В этом же тупичке расположено еще несколько гестов приблизительно такого же уровня, так что выбор есть. Не понравилось то, что традиционно не нравится-шум внутри и снаружи, грязные постельные принадлежности, отсутствие полотенец(дали-таки после настойчивой просьбы, но лучше бы и не давали т.к.были они грязнющие и мокрые, вытирали ими только ноги.Сантехника не работает, вода присутствует не регулярно, москиты проникают через щели и дырки .

服务生很热情，酒店地段很好 没有洗浴用品倒也算了，连卫生纸也没有，第一天热水龙头坏了，第二天出门关照前台把我们房间垃圾倒掉，补上- 卫生纸，结果都没有

Peu de choses !!! La situation géographique , mais il y a dans ce quartier des dizaines d'établissements beaucoup mieux tenus et nettement moins chers ! L'accueil très moyen . Le prix très exagéré pour un établissement assez sordide ... La saleté . Le "buffet" annoncé sur Booking.com s'est révélé être un breakfast réduit au minimum ( thé ou café + toasts ) et servi dans un lieu assez sordide .
