Hotel Silver Home is in the heart of the city Thamel where we find people from all over the world staying and enjoying the city and touristic.

I booked 4 rooms ,staff gave me 2 rooms in hotel silver home,& 2 rooms in beside another hotel on 3-5-2013 at 11.00 pm venkateshwar rao pyata. Bad service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, reacted fast on any kind of request, onsight and via email.

Complimentary breakfast is pretty basic.

There was some hassle about the room I had reserved not being available, another guest I talked to had a similar problem, in both cases we were pushed to pay more

Good Location for shopping and City Tour. Most of the Restaurants nearby. Free WiFi. Value for money.

No Electricity most of the time. No generator facility for power backup.

Thanks alot for great hospitality during my stay care about my service too. I really enjoy with hot shower and free wi if in this budget price which is I found one of the best value for money in Kathmandu. Even in power cut time I can use back up system and 24/7 wi if and helpful manager of excellent management team of yogi. Still they are quite just back alley by noisy street of Thamel down town. One more thanks however my stay was perfect with you all silver home staff and nice place. I m sure I will recommend all my friends and who are going travel to Nepal.

Warm & friendly staff. I was lost in the alley of Thamel & couldn't locate the hotel on my fIrst day visit. Contacted their staff from another hotel location (Hotel Buddha Land), both Were helpful enough to lead me back to the hotel by foot... Amazing!

Frequent power cut, hot shower was not available, weak & inconsistent wifi...

Room rate 516 local currency says in booking.com included breakfast but I house, there is no. Booking.com also says there is wifi everywhere free of charge but in the dorm, there is no wifi.

The staff at Hotel Silver Home were very friendly and the room was great for how cheap it is. Very much enjoyed my stay here

Be warned that you can hear a pub play its live music between 7 and 10. I enjoyed this as they were playing hits and I would fall to sleep listening. I could see why others wouldnt. The bathroom could have been fixed up a bit better and wireless didn't have good enough range to reach the third floor where i was staying so had to head downstairs for it.

The place was very clean and comfortable to stay. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Location is awesome - centrally located to everything. I really enjoyed my stay here and was certainly pleased with the great customer service and also great value for money. I would absolutley reccommend this place to others looking for convenient hotel to stay.

Area of Hotel silver Home was very hottest area. Really , I like the area where the hotel is situated. In this area everything was available and covers best part of the city.

Hotel Silver Home was found by me very good while staying three night. But break fast was very poor bcz the did not provide juice and moreover, they charged from me 300 INR to drop airport although, in booking agreement it was stated that they will pick up from the airport and drop, if it is informed before 48 hr. The Staff always helpfull and smiley.

Not an extrordinary hotel but reasonable as far as hotel tariff is considered. The main draw back is lack of power. Hotel management should look into this. The facilities in the room are almost nil and the management needs to provide these utilities like providing wardrobes etc. Overall, reasonably ok. Cspsarma

店主是个极端人士，你可以有信仰，但你对所有中国人都怀有敌意，就不是个好东西了！店主说话无诚意，旅馆价- 格在周围是属于高的，环境不好，酒吧噪音要吵到凌晨2点。呼吁所有中国人都不要订这家旅馆！！！
