The friendly staff. We were met at the bus station and it was not even requested. Staff organized the tours we requested at a very reasonable price! Breakfast was at a neighboring hotel and the selection did not look appetizing so we went elsewhere! Our room was on the fifth floor and there is no lift!

We received very friendly service from the hotel staff, including help with other travel arrangements. The room was very clean. The electricity load-shedding schedule left us without air-conditioning during the daylight hours, and it was too hot (early June) for our daughter to nap in the afternoon.

Hotel Splendid View was in a quiet area of Lakeside but very close to the main road....great location and staff was great....I would stay there again. They advertise airport pickup/drop off...I arranged for pickup and that was fine, but I had to take a taxi for the airport drop off...it was only 200 rupees, but still shoul of been part of the hotel stay...

superbe vue sur la stupa de la paix et sur la chaine himalayienne par temps dégagée. Chambres propres et bien agencées. Petit balcon dans chaque chambre qui offre un peu de liberté. Personnel agréable et prévenant.

Short walking distance from the main high street in Pokhara. Able to book activities and Greenline bus tickets through the hotel. Free pick up from the Bus Station. Mountain Views. Hotel room was clean on arrival but we stayed for 3 nights and we didn't have our room cleaned during our stay. Disappointing buffet breakfast. Breakfast is between 630 - 9am, came down at around 8 and it didn't seem to be organised very well. Probably could have found a cheaper alternative for the price we paid.

スタッフが皆フレンドリーで優しい。かたことの日本語でもてなしてくれた。ハネムーンだと伝えたら1番良い- 部屋にしてくれ、部屋は全部屋バルコニー付きで広くオススメ！空港送迎は無料サービスでしてくれました。屋- 上テラスからはヒマラヤが見えます。ランドリーサービスは1キロ200円でしてくれるので助かった。 シャワーの湯が安定しなかったのが残念。あとスリッパ有との表示でしたがスリッパではなく使い回しのビーサ- ンが置いてあった。 他は全て良かった。
