Situated in Kathmandu’s city centre, Everest Hotel offers breathtaking views of the Nepalese Valley. It features a casino and 4 dining options. Free parking is available. The staff knowledge of English was excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant waiters were able to understand and come up with what we want. The housekeeping staffs were very prompt when requesting for extra toiletries. The mandarin restaurant staff were kind to brief us of the food menu and give sugestions. Good buffet spread for the breakfast. The coffee and milk was served to the table hot. Which was not the case in most hotels. Was able to taste and enjoy hot cofee in the cold morning . Good selection of cable tv channels. From movies, to kids and news channels. The heater in the room to make warm was not working. It was centralized aircon system. Difficult to adjust it. The bed was super soft, thus was not able to sleep comfortably.

this hotel should not be categorized as 5 stars hotel. it is only 3 stars. quality of eveything cant be compared to 5 stars hotel.

Room size, decor and especially the comfort of the bed were excellent. Cleaning staff were also efficient and very friendly. The swimming pool is out of use. As a couple, we were carrying a mobile email device each. Reception would only allow us a code to activate one by free wifi.

الفندق غير مريح وموقعه بعيد عن السنتر ولايوجد نظافه بالغرف وسعره غير مناسب بخدمات الفندق ولا يوحي لي انه فندق خمس نجووم الصراحه مانصح حد يسكن فيه بالمره

Bed are also not good enough to sleep. Hotel Management had combined 2 beds and make it one to sleep for me and my family, there was a gap b/w the bed to sleep comforably.Hotels rates are equivalent to Europe & Middle east but the features / decorations were of 10/15 years OLD.......Even televisions are also also very bad and nothing visible.....looks like operated by Local Cable operators.............Room cleaninees was also not so good to appriciate......OVERALL Waste of money.......
