the room we had was like an attic. there was only 1 fork 2 dessert spoons 1 of which was so rusty we had to scower it 1 wine glass and 1 dessert bowl and the jug leaked |

The only thing i liked was that it was close to the City Center and therfore made it easy to access the main shopping area and restaraunts,this is why i booked this motel. There was much not to like starting with the cleanliness of the room with lots of dust under the furniture and bed, the whole unit needed a full makeover, it needed new paint, carpet and vinyl, the motel advertised sky tv but only one channel was available, in summary not up to standard. |

Excellent value considering closeness to centre of Chritchurch and prices of other nearby hotels and motels. Clean linen but in need of some maintenence and decoration |

The motel had originally been booked for 2 nights, but subsequently changed it to 1 night only. On arrival, it appeared that the booking had been cancelled for both nights, and that we were not expected. However, a room was available, but this was close to the road, and suffered from extreme traffic noise into the early hours of the morning. This is apparently a recognised Friday night problem. |
