Room was noisy (traffic) and lock didn't seem safe
We were a couple with our daughter, we booked a triple room and got 3 single beds.... The room was quite small and limited, a microwave would have been very helpful!
The staff were very good, the location is perfect for walking around the main sites of Wellington. The room was very clean.
All the lights going out in the room
Fairly central to what we wanted to see in Wellington
A lovely greeting by Luke Bian, and a room upgrade, what more could we ask for?! Very happy with our stay for the night. Thanks Luke!
Need to supply free wi fi... And greater selection of Pay and free to air channels
Have stayed at this hotel many times. Walking distance to Cuba St and all the best Bars and Cafes in Wellington. Kelsey on the front desk always willing and able to answer my dumb questions!
The bathroom wasnt up to standard and the cleaners left the old towels in there from the previous people.
The bed was comfy.
VERY noisy. Think about investing in some double glazing
Location and cost
Everything was fine
Nice quiet room and Wifi was included
After adding comments about our requests regarding accessability for my wife, no contact was forth coming from the hotel to discuss other options. Also the carparking was poor at best. There was continued selling of carpark spaces even afer this was full. However, after being there for the first night, discussion with the manager was positive as we asked for a refund of the second night of our stay, this was agreed to, so thanks for a positive outcome.
Staff extremely friendly. Bed super comfy.
Shower Leaked. Runner at bottom of Beds were soiled not a good Look.
Close to city
No negatives at all - overall the best hotel I have stayed at in Wellington in this price range.
All aspects were great at this hotel. Would definitely stay again. Happy hour drinks were a pleasant bonus prior to our function. Very central location with all amenities surpassing my expectations. Very attentive staff.
There's no Maori channel and yet they have the sports & movie channels. Priorities.
Room day core on the tired side. For the price I was a little bit disappointed.
Receptionist willing to help
Noise problem from next room with late night disturbance. It was handled ok by manager. Slightly faded decor.
Convenient location and helpful employees
Please change the brand of teabags, they weren't the nicest!!
Perfect location and helpful friendly staff. Basic but comfortable and clean. Just right for a city centre gettaway on a budget! Thanks!
Bed was so uncomfortable. Cleaning of room terrible minimal energy out into servicing our room didn't replace soaps etc
Location only thing going for this place. Oh and friendly staff
Car park difficult to find and very tight parking for $25 Very small lobby crowded with people, nowhere to sit while waiting Tour guide had taken up all available seating to talk to tour group, difficult to get through group to get to lift carrying bags
Location was convenient,.
It is an older style hotel therefore does not have double glazing. Its location therefore means there is the possibility of street noise on Friday/Saturday nights
Very centrally located so an easy walk to attractions, cafes and bars. The room was very tidy and was well presented.
Loved the location! The room was comfortable, spacious and provided everything I needed for a great stay.
Thought it was overpriced compared to many other places we had stayed at. The parking was terrible and it was the first time on our holiday that we had to pay for wifi. Thumbs down
Hotel staff not very welcoming on check-in, rooms out dated, had an extra bed in our room which left no space for suitcases, very small room and en-suite bathroom, very few tv channels, have to pay extra to park cars in their car park, had very small car parking area which was difficult to park in unless you have a very small car. The location of the hotel is on a busy street with a car park around the corner of the entry to hotel, because of the busy street and lots of no right turn signs in the city you had to drive a few blocks to be able to get into car park. Hotel Restaurant very expensive (paid $90 for two 2 course meals and 2 non-alcoholic drinks)
Close to central Wellington shopping and tourist district
Help and concern of staff when I was ill. Very comfortable room and convenient to where we wanting to go.
