Booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment got a one bedroom apartment.

It was close to the city and neighbouring suburbs. Queen bed very comfortable.

Needs to be updated with modern tv's and appliances, repainted and rewallpapered as there were holes in the walls in the sitting room with wallpaper peeling off. The room information booklet needs to be updated and typed to give it a more professional look.

We had inadvertantly overpaid and because the Asian office person was not familiar with internet booking and spoke broken English she refused to re-emburse us the approximate $50 owed to us. We felt totally ripped off.

Children loved the pool and the unit was very clean. Good value for money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not too far to roll into Napier or Hastings.

Hotel was very dated and is in need of some TLC.

Not to far into town, staff seemed ok to be honest only saw them on checking in and out.

I felt that the interior of the room was very run down, although the beds where comfortable. Furnishings looked very run down could really do with a spruce up.

The children loved the pool

Lots of rubbish outside the laundromat, that smelled bad on arrival...

Service very helpful and rooms always cleaned during the day.pool was the right temp.

I would rather they are suggestions.need some shade for parents when watching children swimming.the overall appearance outside eg gardens was very run down and maybe a few green plants around the pool.It was very hot in the bedrooms due to a hot summer .eg a fan of some sort.

It was very quiet. Proprietor was friendly and doing her best with a run down motel. All the crockery and cutlery were clean and the bed comfortable

I booked what I thought would be a three bedroom apartment but when arrived it was two bedrooms with two single beds in the sitting room. As there were not armchairs we had to use these beds as seats. While not exactly dirty it was most certainly in need of a complete overhaul and some TLC. It had a strange smell (I don't know what of). We only stayed one night and couldn't bring ourselves to use the shower. The iron was a little dangerous with bare wires

Good size bathroom. Nice swimming pool and had spa. Was clean and comfortable. No complaints about it.

Not close to beach or city centre on main road.
