Dellis was a fantastic host, very welcoming and happy to accomodate my late arrvial. Was nice to have Breakfast captured in the price of the room. Very handy to the local shops.
A small thing if I had to find a fault would be the decor. Its clean but could maybe do with an udpate. Small minor thing as everything else was awesome.
Manager of hotel is very friendly and helpful.
Dellis the manager was friendly and welcoming attending to all our needs Would definitely stay there again
all was ok
The lady owner was very friendly, made me feel right at home! The location is superb, 5 minutes walk from everything - excellent value to boot!
We liked the place, it was tidy and felt welcoming. As we were coming from the last ferry of the day, we need a very late check-in, had no problems with it at all.
The reception staff.
Dellis is a fantastic host! She gave us good tips on local sightseeing and was friendly and helpful. The common lounge and dining room is a great place to meet other travellers.
The wifi was a bit unreliable.
The nice warm welcome from the manager who was very helpful.
Good location and comfortable room.
Parking could have been a problem but owner was vey helpful.
Parking in front of the B&B
Outdated B&B with old rooms and very basic plastic bathroom. Breakfast just selfservice- limited basic choice, wash the dishes yourselves.
Staff was friendly, professional. Breakfast was simple but good quality
Delliis did look after us very well . Very obliging and made us feel very welcome.
All good thanks .
Very clean and the staff friendly
Bit of "roll-together"
This place is made due to the staff. We were instantly made to feel very welcome and that all our needs would be met. A delight to deal with. So easy to walk everywhere we needed to in Picton, even with a travel weary 5 year old on a rainy day.
Room was very tired and communal area dated. They were making the best of a facility that could really benefit from updating to make the best of the location and fabulous staff.
The service was excellent. The facilities were great. The manager was extremely helpful.
Convenient location to the Marina and the ferry; very friendly hostess
Very small shower cubicle; very slow wifi; no aircon and too risky to leave the window open
Breakfast was great and included in the price
Room was a bit tired
Long walk through the house up steep stairs with luggage. Only street parking not accessible easily with baby and luggage. Staff avoid you in the morning. Bed so uncomfortable that we slept on the floor and babies portocot had feet missing so had to sleep baby on a blanket on the floor. very overprice at $135.00 per night for a dump.
Owner very friendly and helpful, breakfast good. Rooms very comfortable
Everything, excellent ,the breakfast was good cannot fault
Everything from the comfy beds to the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable manager.
Dellis is a fantastic manager and went out of her way to make us comfortable, even upgrading us to a better room for no extra charge once she realized we were on our honeymoon. She provided lots of information about the Picton area, including recommendations for activities and places to eat. Dellis exceeded my expectations, which was great because my wife and I had been traveling for a long time and were recovering from colds and jetlag. Everything else about the hotel was good for the price and location.
This is a good b&b for a one night stay. Good price, bathroom needs updating but overall clean and comfy.
