The unit had plenty of room for the 3 of us and was clean and comfortable. Although close to a major road we were not disturbed by traffic noise.
Staff friendly and helpful. Liked where the park is. Quiet locality. Not too far from Napier CBD. Have previously stayed here before, in 2012. Will definitely stay there again.
I did not read the room details properly when booking. Thought that I had booked a cabin with bathroom facilities. Communal bathrooms were very clean and well appointed.
Friendly no stress stay.
Good value for money, especially in January when everywhere is expensive. Kids enjoyed the flying fox and tramp. Cabin was well kitted out. Staff very helpful.
A few noisy trucks on the expressway, altho that also made trips to Hastings etc easier!
I liked the location and friendly staff. Also, the facilities. Highly recommended.
The welcome from the owners and the fact that I felt safe and at home there whilst I was there. Showers etc were clean and there was always one free.
there was no grass in front of the cabins where you could just chill out, like you could if you had a tent or motor home space.
Attitude of staff all facilities I used were always clean great location.
Good old fashioned hospitality
location close to most things we needed, the staff were great and a nice relaxing place to stay we stayed in family cabins fits 7 of us had every thing we needed free wifi was awesome
We had an apartment which for the price we paid was excellent Considering we were close to a main highway it was really quiet. It was convenient to town & the estuary also the wedding that we want for.
Unfortunately because of personal reasons we had to come home one day earlier. We let the owners know on the first day.We read the no refund policy but it would have been nice if they had said "if we can rent out the apartment for that night we will refund you some of the cost
beds were very uncomfortable - better mattresses will help.
The room is good and clean. It has sink and kettle and it is quite comfortable.
We have to pay for quilt, towels and bathroom time.
Staff, location, layout, activities at the holiday park for children and many activities offsite for all the family.
where the driveway forks either side of the playground could be signed Keep Left, the showers plugholes need to be cleared out(hair), could there be swings(a swing) for taller children
Good place if in need of a cheap place to park up for the night, good service, beautiful location.
Friendly team, Cleanliness of the room, Spacious, Great location, A quite and relaxing stay. Awesome & totally recommended.
outdoor furniture under canopy was great extension to our unit when we were entertaining with friends also staying at Westshore
Excellent location and facilities for what I wanted.
Cost an close to cycle trails as well as clean an comfortable
Loved our stay was very family friendly room was modern and really nice for the price. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful
Was very close to main road so traffic was the only noise complaint but that can't be helped! Overall rooms were pretty quiet for the amount of children around
We have stayed there before excellent place .Little distance from centre so you need a car We stayed in motel unit Also you get free wifi
No linen/pillows provided
Quiet and well priced
That we hadn't read the bit about taking our own linen as when we booked we thought we had a cottage but we had a cabin. Happy to take on linen if it was clearer that would have been better.
Family & I have stayed 4 times Repeat visits due to our mother being on & off in hospital Brenda always helpful arranging bookings most recently a late check in on very busy Weekend Much appreciated
